Abstract
【解決手段】シリンダと、シリンダに対し相対移動するロッドとを有するものであって、シリンダおよびロッドのうちの少なくともいずれか一方の端部の装着部31の外周部に環状の凹部51が形成されており、装着部31の外周部に嵌合され、凹部51と対向する位置に凹部51に連通する連通穴85が形成されたブラケット32と、連通穴85から凹部51に挿入されて装着部31とブラケット32とを結合する二股状の結合部材33とを備える。

Description
本発明に係る第1実施形態を図1〜図6に基づいて説明する。
図2に示すブラケット32の筒状部74がその内周面82において、装着部31の円筒外周面61,65に嵌合させられる。すると、ブラケット32は、筒状部74の端面81が装着部31の段面43に当接し、連通穴85が装着部31の凹部51に連通する状態になる。このとき、連通穴85および凹部51は、面86と壁面62との位置が合い、面87と壁面64との位置が合う状態となる。
次に、本発明に係る第2実施形態を主に図7,図8に基づいて第1実施形態との相違部分を中心に説明する。なお、第1実施形態と共通する部位については、同一称呼、同一の符号で表す。
また、内周面82には、凹部51及び連通穴85,122と軸方向の寸法が同様の内周溝121が形成されている。
また、結合部材33Cの延出部102C,102Cの先端が連通穴122に入り込み、さらには、延出部102C,102Cの側面が凹部51および内周溝121に入り込む。
次に、本発明に係る第3実施形態を主に図9〜図12に基づいて第1,第2実施形態との相違部分を中心に説明する。なお、第1,第2実施形態と共通する部位については、同一称呼、同一の符号で表す。
次に、本発明に係る第4実施形態を主に図13および図14に基づいて第3実施形態との相違部分を中心に説明する。なお、第3実施形態と共通する部位については、同一称呼、同一の符号で表す。
また、前記結合部材は前記凹部に対して塑性変形されて挿入されている。

Claims (5)
- シリンダと、該シリンダに対し相対移動するロッドとを有するシリンダ装置であって、
前記シリンダおよび前記ロッドのうちの少なくともいずれか一方の端部の装着部には、外周部に環状の凹部が形成されており、
前記装着部の外周部に嵌合され、前記凹部と対向する位置に該凹部に連通する連通穴が形成されたブラケットと、
前記連通穴から前記凹部に挿入されて前記装着部と前記ブラケットとを結合する二股状の結合部材とを備えることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 前記ブラケットは、一端側に取付部を、他端側に筒状部を有しており、
前記装着部の外周部の前記凹部よりも軸方向内側には軸方向内側が軸方向外側よりも大径となる段部が設けられ、
前記段部に前記筒状部を当接させることで前記ブラケットの前記装着部に対する軸方向の位置決めを行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシリンダ装置。 - 前記ブラケットは、一端側に取付部を、他端側に有底の筒状部を有しており、
前記装着部を前記筒状部の底部に当接させることで前記ブラケットの前記装着部に対する軸方向の位置決めを行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシリンダ装置。 - 前記結合部材は前記凹部に対してタイトな状態に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記結合部材は前記凹部に対して塑性変形されて挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項記載のシリンダ装置。
