Abstract
【解決手段】システムには、赤外光のビームを運転者に発するための赤外線フラッシュ、反射光をビームから捕捉するための赤外線カメラ、および車両のフロントガラスに接着された反射赤外線フィルムが含まれる。運転者監視システムのための方法が提供される。方法には、赤外線反射層を車両上に設置すること、赤外線カメラおよび赤外線フラッシュを車両のダッシュボード内に設置すること、ならびに赤外線カメラまたは赤外線フラッシュのいずれかを赤外線反射層に向いた方向に配向することが含まれる。

Claims (20)
- 車両の運転者を監視するためのシステムであって、
赤外光のビームを前記運転者に発するための赤外線フラッシュと、
反射光を含む、前記ビームによって照らされた画像を捕捉するための赤外線カメラと、
前記車両のフロントガラスに組み込まれた反射赤外線フィルムと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記赤外線フラッシュは、前記赤外光のビームを前記反射赤外線フィルムに発するように配向される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記赤外線カメラは、前記ビームが前記反射赤外線フィルムから反射した後、前記ビームによって照らされた前記画像を捕捉するように配向される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記赤外線フラッシュは、前記赤外光のビームを前記反射赤外線フィルムに発するように配向され、
前記赤外線カメラは、前記ビームが前記反射赤外線フィルムから反射した後、前記反射光を前記ビームから捕捉するように配向される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記赤外線カメラは、運転者の覚醒検出システムとともに利用される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記赤外線カメラは、インターフェイス機器とともに利用される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 運転者監視システムを実装するための方法であって、
赤外線反射層を車両上に接着して取り付けるステップ(または内層に接合するステップ、または前記ガラス製造過程に含まれる)と、
赤外線カメラおよび赤外線フラッシュを前記車両のダッシュボード内に設置するステップと、
前記赤外線カメラまたは前記赤外線フラッシュのいずれかを前記赤外線反射層に向かう方向に配向するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記赤外線カメラが、前記赤外線反射層の前記方向に配向される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記赤外線フラッシュが、前記赤外線反射層の前記方向に配向される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記赤外線フラッシュおよび前記赤外線カメラが、前記赤外線反射層に向けて配向される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、運転者覚醒システムとともに実装される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、インターフェイス機器とともに実装される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記赤外線反射層は、アフターマーケット過程中に取り付けられる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記赤外線反射層は、前記車両の製造中に前記フロントガラス組立体内に含められる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 赤外線カメラ装置であって、
車両のダッシュボードに取り付けるための取付具と、
前記車両の運転者の反射光を捕捉するための赤外線カメラレンズと、
を備え、
前記赤外線カメラレンズは、前記車両のフロントガラスに向けて配向される、赤外線カメラ装置。 - 前記車両は赤外線フラッシュを含み、赤外線フラッシュが赤外光を生成することに応答して、前記運転者の前記反射光が生成される、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記赤外線フラッシュは、前記ダッシュボードに取り付けられる、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記赤外線フラッシュは、前記フロントガラスの方向に配向される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 赤外線反射層が、前記フロントガラスの前記製造において含められる、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記ダッシュボードに対する前記取付具の角度は、調節可能である、請求項15に記載の装置。
