Abstract
【解決手段】底板16を有し、少なくとも一部が金属で構成された筐体50Aと、筐体50Aの内部に設けられ、可燃性の冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機1と、筐体50Aの内部に設けられ、冷媒と外気とを熱交換する室外熱交換器3と、底板16の上面に設けられた電熱装置32と、を備え、電熱装置32の消費電力が250W以下である。

Description
図4に示されるように、室外機50の外郭は、底板16、正面パネル19、天面パネル20、右側面パネル21、及び背面パネル(図示省略)で構成され、これらを総称したものが筐体50Aである。筐体50Aは、その少なくとも一部が、例えば板金で構成される。底板16の構成については後述する。
空気調和機100が暖房運転を行うと、室外熱交換器3は蒸発器として機能し、このとき、冷媒は低圧となり室外熱交換器3の温度が低下する。室外送風機7により送り込まれた空気は室外熱交換器3で冷却され、結露水が室外熱交換器3に付着する。
まず、室外側制御装置12は、低外気温度で暖房運転を行った後、四方弁2を冷房運転側に切り換え、室外熱交換器3のアルミフィンに付着した霜を溶かす。なお、霜取り運転が行われている間、暖房運転が行われていないため、室内送風機6及び室外送風機7は停止している。
Claims (7)
- 底板を有し、少なくとも一部が金属で構成された筐体と、
前記筐体の内部に設けられ、可燃性の冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記筐体の内部に設けられ、前記冷媒と外気とを熱交換する室外熱交換器と、
前記底板の上面に設けられた電熱装置と、を備え、
前記電熱装置の消費電力が250W以下である
ことを特徴とする室外機。 - 前記筐体の内部には、金属で構成され、端子台及び電子基板を収納する電気品箱が設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の室外機。 - 室外送風機を備え、
前記室外送風機の回転後に前記電熱装置への通電が行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の室外機。 - 前記電熱装置はシーズヒータである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載の室外機。 - 外気温度2℃における定格暖房低温能力は、外気温度7℃の定格暖房標準能力の1.3倍以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れか一項に記載の室外機。 - 前記筐体の前面側には正面吹出口が形成され、
前記筐体の背面側には背面吸込口が形成され、
前記正面吹出口及び前記背面吸込口の少なくとも一方を覆うフードが設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5の何れか一項に記載の室外機。 - 室内機と、
請求項1〜請求項6の何れか一項に記載の室外機と、
前記室内機と前記室外機とを接続する冷媒配管と、を備えた
ことを特徴とする空気調和機。
