Abstract
【解決手段】ポリオレフィン系樹脂を主成分とする樹脂組成物からなる鉛蓄電池用の電槽であって、前記樹脂組成物が、300ppm以下の鉛を含有するようにした。

Description
なお、サンプルに含まれるPb量は、蛍光X線測定装置(LAB CENTER XRF−1800 島津製作所)で測定を行った。また、Cl量は、燃焼イオンクロマトグラフィーで測定を行った。
難燃性添加剤及び鉛安定剤を添加せずに、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(以下、PP樹脂とも記載する)中のCl含有量が0ppm、及び、鉛系安定剤添加後のPP樹脂中のPb含有量が0ppmのサンプルを作成した。このサンプルを従来例とする。
・比較例1、2
難燃性添加剤添加後のPP樹脂中のCl含有量が5ppmとなるとともに、鉛系安定剤添加後のPP樹脂中のPb含有量が、それぞれ0ppm、500ppmとなるサンプルを作成した。このサンプルをそれぞれ比較例1、2とする。
・実施例1、2、3、4、5
難燃性添加剤添加後のPP樹脂中のCl含有量が5ppmとなるとともに、鉛系安定剤添加後のPP樹脂中のPb含有量が、10ppm、50ppm、200ppm、250ppm、300ppmとなるサンプルを作成した。このサンプルをそれぞれ実施例1、2、3、4、5とする。
・比較例3、4
難燃性添加剤添加後のPP樹脂中のCl含有量が20ppmとなるとともに、鉛系安定剤添加後のPP樹脂中のPb含有量が、0ppm、500ppmとなるサンプルを作成した。このサンプルをそれぞれ比較例3、4とする。
・実施例6、7、8、9、10
難燃性添加剤添加後のPP樹脂中のCl含有量が20ppmとなるとともに、鉛系安定剤添加後のPP樹脂中のPb含有量が、10ppm、50ppm、200ppm、250ppm、300ppmとなるサンプルを作成した。このサンプルを実施例6、7、8、9、10とする。
・比較例5、6
難燃性添加剤添加後のPP樹脂中のCl含有量が50ppmとなるとともに、鉛系安定剤添加後のPP樹脂中のPb含有量が、0ppm、500ppmとなるサンプルを作成した。このサンプルをそれぞれ比較例5、6とする。
・実施例11、12、13、14、15
難燃性添加剤添加後のPP樹脂中のCl含有量が50ppmとなるとともに、鉛系安定剤添加後のPP樹脂中のPb含有量が、10ppm、50ppm、200ppm、250ppm、300ppmとなるサンプルを作成した。このサンプルを実施例11、12、13、14、15とする。
・比較例7、8
難燃性添加剤添加後のPP樹脂中のCl含有量が100ppmとなるとともに鉛系安定剤添加後のPP樹脂中のPb含有量が、それぞれ0ppm、500ppmとなるサンプルを作成した。このサンプルをそれぞれ比較例7、8とする。
・実施例16、17、18、19、20
難燃性添加剤添加後のPP樹脂中のCl含有量が100ppmとなるとともに鉛系安定剤添加後のPP樹脂中のPb含有量が、10ppm、50ppm、200ppm、250ppm、300ppmとなるサンプルを作成した。このサンプルを実施例16、17、18、19、20とする。
JISK7368の規定に従って、150℃の強制循環式の恒温槽中に上記サンプルを放置し、表面にひびが入った時間を記録する耐熱性試験を行った。そして、従来例の耐熱性試験にかかった時間を100%としたときの比率で各サンプルの耐熱性を評価した。
JISC60695−11−10の規定に従って、バーナ管の中心軸を水平面に対して約45°に傾けて、サンプルの下端に接炎する水平燃焼試験を行い、線燃焼速度を求める難燃性試験を行った。そして、従来例の難燃性試験の線燃焼速度を100%としたときの比率で各サンプルの難燃性を評価した。

- ポリオレフィン系樹脂を主成分とする樹脂組成物からなる鉛蓄電池用の電槽であって、
前記樹脂組成物が、300ppm以下の鉛を含有することを特徴とする鉛蓄電池用電槽。 - 前記樹脂組成物の鉛含有量が、10〜250ppmである請求項1記載の鉛蓄電池用電槽。
- 前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂が、ポリプロピレン系樹脂である請求項1又は2記載の鉛蓄電池用電槽。
- 前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、プロピレン−エチレンブロック共重合体である請求項3記載の鉛蓄電池用電槽。
- 前記樹脂組成物が、フェノール系酸化防止剤を含有する請求項1、2、3又は4記載の鉛蓄電池用電槽。
- 請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載の電槽を備えていることを特徴とする鉛蓄電池。
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂を主成分とする樹脂組成物からなる鉛蓄電池用のケーシングであって、
前記樹脂組成物が、300ppm以下の鉛を含有することを特徴とする鉛蓄電池用ケーシング。 - 前記樹脂組成物の鉛含有量が、10〜250ppmである請求項7記載の鉛蓄電池用ケーシング。
