Abstract
Description
エンジン制御装置100によるクラッチ保護処理は、車両1の電源がONであるとき、すなわちIG(イグニッション)がONの状態で実行される。したがって、IGがONでない場合(S100のN)、このフローを一旦終了する。なお、クラッチ保護処理のためのフローは、所定周期、例えば数10msごとに実行される。S100において、IGがONである場合(S100のY)、制御部108は、クラッチ保護処理を実行するために記憶部106が記憶している情報を取得する。このとき、既に滑りを抑制するための制限トルクが記憶されている場合は、その制限トルクを取得する(S102)。なお、車両1のIGがONされる前にクラッチ4に滑りが生じていない場合、例えば、クラッチ4や摩擦部材43が新品または新品と見なせる状態の場合は、記憶部106は設計上の最大トルク(例えば210Nm)を制限トルクとして記憶しておくことができる。
Claims (6)
- エンジンの出力シャフトの回転速度を示す出力情報と、クラッチを介して前記出力シャフトの回転力が伝達される変速機の入力シャフトの回転速度を示す入力情報と、前記クラッチが前記出力シャフト側と前記入力シャフト側とを接続状態にしていることを示す接続情報とを取得する情報取得部と、
前記クラッチが前記接続状態のときに前記出力情報と前記入力情報との比較に基づき、前記エンジン側と前記変速機側の回転速度差を検出する検出部と、
前記回転速度差に対応する検出情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記検出情報に基づいて、前記回転速度差が生じないように前記エンジンの出力を制限する制御部と、を備えるエンジン制御装置。 - 前記記憶部は、前記出力シャフトと前記入力シャフトとの間に所定値以上の回転速度差が発生したときの前記エンジンの出力トルクを前記検出情報として記憶する請求項1記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記記憶部は、前記検出情報を車両電源消失後も保持する請求項1または請求項2記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記検出情報に基づき前記エンジンの出力を制限する場合、所定期間前記検出情報が増大方向に更新されないときに、前記エンジンの出力の制限を緩和する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、車両の走行状態が所定条件を満たしている場合に限り、前記検出情報に基づく前記エンジンの出力の制限を解除する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記検出情報に基づき前記エンジンの出力を制限している場合、制限内容を報知装置にて出力させる請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン制御装置。
