Abstract
Description
すなわち、本出願の他の構成による吸気装置は、隔壁を介して隣り合う複数の吸気ポートと、複数の吸気ポートごとに設けられた弁体と、弁体とともに回動する回動軸と、隣り合う吸気ポート間に配置され、弁体の回動軸を回動可能に支持する軸受部材とを備え、軸受部材は、隣り合う吸気ポート間の隔壁に沿って延びるとともに、軸受側溶着部を構成する腕部を含み、隣り合う吸気ポート間の隔壁のうち、軸受部材の腕部が配置される部分は、中空構造を有する。このように構成すれば、軸受部材の腕部(軸受側溶着部)が配置される隔壁部分(腕部の下側に位置する隔壁部分)を中空構造にして薄肉化することができるので、軸受部材の近傍における隔壁部分(弁体によるシール面)の寸法精度を確保することができる。

Claims (13)
- 隔壁を介して隣り合う複数の吸気ポートと、
前記複数の吸気ポートごとに設けられた弁体と、
前記弁体とともに回動する回動軸と、
隣り合う前記吸気ポート間に配置され、前記弁体の回動軸を回動可能に支持する軸受部材とを備え、
前記軸受部材は、前記回動軸を回動可能に支持する軸受穴を有する軸受本体と、前記軸受本体から前記隣り合う吸気ポート間の前記隔壁に沿って前記軸受穴の内径よりも大きい長さで延びるとともに、軸受側溶着部を構成する腕部とを含む、吸気装置。 - 前記隣り合う吸気ポート間の前記隔壁のうち、前記軸受部材の前記腕部が配置される部分は、中空構造を有する、請求項1に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記腕部は、前記軸受本体の上面と連続して延びるとともに、前記軸受本体の上面とともに前記軸受側溶着部を構成するように設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記軸受部材の前記腕部は、前記軸受本体の両方の側端部からそれぞれ前記吸気ポート間の前記隔壁に沿う方向の両側に延びるように形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記吸気ポートは、前記弁体の閉状態において前記弁体と当接するシール面を含み、
前記軸受部材の前記腕部は、前記吸気ポート間の前記隔壁に沿う前記シール面の形成範囲に渡る長さで延びるように形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の吸気装置。 - 隣り合う前記吸気ポート間の前記隔壁は、前記軸受部材の前記腕部が嵌合する凹部を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記隔壁は、前記腕部の周囲を取り囲むように形成されるとともに前記凹部の内側面を構成する壁状部を有する、請求項6に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記隔壁は、前記腕部を支持するとともに、前記凹部の内底面を構成する台座部を有し、
前記隔壁のうち前記台座部に取り囲まれる領域に中空構造が設けられている、請求項6または7に記載の吸気装置。 - 前記隔壁の前記中空構造は、前記隔壁のうち、前記腕部が配置される側から前記腕部が配置される側とは反対側に延びる凹形状の中空部を含む、請求項2に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記軸受部材は、樹脂製であり、
前記軸受部材が装着される樹脂製の第1吸気装置本体と、前記第1吸気装置本体と溶着により接合される樹脂製の第2吸気装置本体と、をさらに備え、
前記軸受部材が前記第1吸気装置本体に装着された状態で、前記軸受部材の前記腕部および前記第1吸気装置本体が前記第2吸気装置本体と溶着されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の吸気装置。 - 前記第1吸気装置本体および前記第2吸気装置本体には、それぞれ、互いの接合部に沿って本体側溶着部が形成されており、
前記軸受部材の前記軸受側溶着部を構成する前記腕部は、前記第1吸気装置本体の前記本体側溶着部と連なるように形成されている、請求項10に記載の吸気装置。 - 前記弁体は、サージタンクと前記吸気ポートとの間の開口部を開閉することにより前記吸気ポートの長さを変化させるように設けられた可変吸気バルブ用弁体である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の吸気装置。
- 隔壁を介して隣り合う複数の吸気ポートごとに設けられた弁体と、
前記弁体とともに回動する回動軸と、
隣り合う前記吸気ポート間に配置され、前記弁体の回動軸を回動可能に支持する軸受部材と、を備え、
前記軸受部材は、前記回動軸を回動可能に支持する軸受穴を有する軸受本体と、前記軸受本体から前記隣り合う吸気ポート間の前記隔壁に沿って前記軸受穴の内径よりも大きい長さで延びるとともに、軸受側溶着部を構成する腕部とを含む、吸気制御弁。
