Abstract
Description
一軸心の軸方向に移動することにより流体流路を開閉する弁体(66)と、
一軸心に直交する方向を向いた一面(943、945)が形成されており、電動機(40)によって一軸心まわりに回転させられる回転部材(94)と、
回転部材の一面に対向する他面(823、827)が形成されており、一軸心まわりにおいて他面が一面によって回転させられることにより回転部材と共に回転する他面形成部(822)と、
ネジ孔に螺合されており、他面形成部と一体的に回転しその回転によって弁体を一軸心の軸方向に移動させるネジ軸部(821)とを備え、
一軸心の軸方向から見たときの一面と他面とが互いに重なり合う重複幅(WDOL)が、ネジ孔の雌ネジ内径(D1)よりも大きくなっていることを特徴とする。
(1)上述の実施形態では、ネジ部材82の平板形状をなす面形成部822が回転部材94の噛合溝942aに嵌合されることで、回転部材94の回転がネジ部材82に伝達されるが、回転部材94の回転をネジ部材82に伝達するための構成は、例えば図8の断面図のようなものであっても差し支えない。図8は、前述の図5に相当する断面図であって、ネジ部材82と回転部材94とが互いに噛み合う構成を説明するための図である。

Claims (7)
- 一軸心(CL1)を中心軸とするネジ孔(841)と流通流体が流れる流体流路(64)とが形成された本体部(60、84)と、
前記一軸心の軸方向に移動することにより前記流体流路を開閉する弁体(66)と、
前記一軸心に直交する方向を向いた一面(943、945)が形成されており、電動機(40)によって前記一軸心まわりに回転させられる回転部材(94)と、
前記回転部材の一面に対向する他面(823、827)が形成されており、前記一軸心まわりにおいて前記他面が前記一面によって回転させられることにより前記回転部材と共に回転する他面形成部(822)と、
前記ネジ孔に螺合されており、前記他面形成部と一体的に回転し該回転によって前記弁体を前記一軸心の軸方向に移動させるネジ軸部(821)とを備え、
前記一軸心の軸方向から見たときの前記一面と前記他面とが互いに重なり合う重複幅(WDOL)が、前記ネジ孔の雌ネジ内径(D1)よりも大きくなっていることを特徴とする電気式膨張弁。 - 前記回転部材には、前記他面形成部が嵌入されている嵌合溝(942a)が形成され、
該嵌合溝を構成し相対向する一対の溝側面が、前記一面として前記回転部材に形成され、
前記他面は、前記一対の溝側面に対向するように一対を成して前記他面形成部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気式膨張弁。 - 前記他面形成部は、前記他面に対向する方向から見たときに前記一軸心に直交する方向の幅寸法が前記ネジ孔の雌ネジ内径よりも大きい幅広部(824)と、該幅寸法が該雌ネジ内径よりも小さく該幅広部と前記ネジ軸部との間に介装された幅狭部(825)とから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記回転部材は円柱状の嵌合部(942)を備え、
前記嵌合溝は該嵌合部に形成されており、
前記幅広部の前記幅寸法は、前記嵌合部の外径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気式膨張弁。 - 前記一軸心の軸方向における前記嵌合溝の溝深さは、前記幅広部の該軸方向の長さと、前記他面形成部が該軸方向に移動する最大の移動量との合計よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記一面(945)および前記他面(827)は何れも、前記一軸心の軸方向から見たときの前記ネジ軸部の中心部分と該軸方向に重なる位置に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記他面形成部において前記一軸心に直交する断面が半円形状を成し、該半円形状の弦部分が前記他面によって形成されており、
前記回転部材は、前記一軸心に直交する断面が半円形状を成し該半円形状の弦部分が前記一面によって形成されている一面形成部(942)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電気式膨張弁。
