Abstract
【解決手段】上動行程及び下動行程の両行程において、ねじ送り機構27を構成する弁軸20を弁本体10に対して一方向もしくは他方向に回転する方向に常時付勢するように、ねじ送り機構27における雄ねじ部22a及び雌ねじ部13aの摩擦角、リード角、及び、弁軸20と弁本体10との間に介装された圧縮コイルばね26の付勢力が設定されている。

Claims (3)
- 弁室及び弁座を有する弁本体と、前記弁座に対して昇降する弁体を有する弁軸と、前記弁本体に対して昇降不能に回転するロータと該ロータを回転させるためのステータとからなるモータと、前記ロータと前記弁軸との間に介在された減速機構と、前記ロータの回転に伴って前記弁軸を前記弁本体に対して昇降させるべく前記弁軸と前記弁本体との間に設けられたねじ送り機構と、前記弁本体に対する前記弁軸の昇降移動を許容すべく前記弁軸と前記減速機構との間に設けられたスライド機構と、前記弁軸と前記弁本体との間に介装された付勢部材と、を備え、
前記ロータを一方向に回転させることにより、前記ねじ送り機構によって前記弁軸が前記弁本体に対して回転しながら上昇する上動行程と、前記ロータを他方向に回転させることにより、前記ねじ送り機構によって前記弁軸が前記弁本体に対して回転しながら下降する下動行程と、をとるようにされた電動弁であって、
前記上動行程及び前記下動行程において、前記弁軸を前記弁本体に対して一方向もしくは他方向に回転する方向に常時付勢するように、前記ねじ送り機構におけるねじ部の摩擦角、リード角、及び、前記付勢部材の付勢力が設定されていることを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記スライド機構には、前記ロータの回転に伴って前記弁軸を回転させるための係合機構が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記係合機構は、前記弁軸に設けられた板状部と、前記減速機構の出力軸に設けられ、前記板状部が昇降可能に嵌挿される嵌合溝とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動弁。
