Description
弁体を収容する弁室を含む弁本体と、
前記弁本体に連結されるキャンと、
モータのロータを回転自在に支持する支持軸と、
前記ロータの回転角度に応じて、前記弁体及び前記支持軸を軸線方向に変位させる変換機構と、
前記ロータの回転を減速して前記変換機構に伝達する減速機構と、
前記キャンに対して、前記支持軸を少なくとも軸線方向に移動可能に支持する軸支持部と、
軸線方向に沿って前記支持軸の端部と前記キャンとの間に配置される緩衝部と、を有し、
通常の使用範囲を超えて前記支持軸が変位したときに、前記支持軸が前記緩衝部に当接し、前記減速機構により増幅された軸力が前記支持軸から前記緩衝部に伝達される、ことを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る電動弁1の閉弁状態を示す縦断面図であり、図2は、第1の実施形態に係る電動弁1の開弁状態を示す縦断面図であるが、キャンの外側に配置されるステータは省略する。本実施形態の電動弁1は、例えば冷凍サイクルにおいて冷媒流量を調整するために用いられる。電動弁1の軸線をLとする。

図1に示す閉弁状態では、弁体4の円錐面4aが弁座15に着座しており、弁室VCから流体が弁口16へと向かうことが阻止される。このため第2配管T2と第1配管T1との間における流体の移動が制限される。
図3は、第1の実施形態の変形例に係る電動弁1Aの閉弁状態を示す縦断面図であり、同様にキャンの外側に配置されるステータは省略する。図3に示すように、本変形例においても、軸支持部81Aは、円筒部81Aaと、円筒部81Aaの周囲に配置されキャン3の内周に外周を当接させたフランジ部81Abとを連設してなる。ただし、円筒部81Aaを上下方向に貫通する貫通孔81Acが形成されている点が、第1実施形態と異なる。
図4は、第2の実施形態の変形例に係る電動弁1Bの閉弁状態を示す縦断面図であり、同様にキャンの外側に配置されるステータは省略する。本実施形態においては、単一の遊星歯車減速機構を設けている。

Claims (6)
- 弁体を収容する弁室を含む弁本体と、
前記弁本体に連結されるキャンと、
モータのロータを回転自在に支持する支持軸と、
前記ロータの回転角度に応じて、前記弁体及び前記支持軸を軸線方向に変位させる変換機構と、
前記ロータの回転を減速して前記変換機構に伝達する減速機構と、
前記キャンに対して、前記支持軸を少なくとも軸線方向に移動可能に支持する軸支持部と、
軸線方向に沿って前記支持軸の端部と前記キャンとの間に配置される緩衝部と、を有し、
通常の使用範囲を超えて前記支持軸が変位したときに、前記支持軸が前記緩衝部に当接し、前記減速機構により増幅された軸力が前記支持軸から前記緩衝部に伝達される、
ことを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記軸支持部及び前記緩衝部は一つの部材として構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記軸支持部は、前記支持軸を少なくとも軸線方向に移動可能に支持する貫通孔を備え、前記軸支持部とは別体の前記緩衝部により、前記貫通孔を遮蔽する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記弁体が上昇したときに、前記支持軸の端部と前記緩衝部とが最先に当接する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。 - 前記緩衝部の前記キャンに対する当接面積は、前記支持軸の軸線直交方向断面積よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。 - 前記減速機構は、遊星歯車減速機構である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
