Abstract
【解決手段】流量制御弁10は、制御信号により回転する回転駆動源90と、該回転駆動源90の回転作用下に前記伝達シャフト76を介して変位する可動部材48と、前記可動部材48の下端部に連結され、バルブボディ16の弁座34に着座・離間自在に設けられる弁機構部22と、前記弁機構部22の下方に連結シャフト96を介して一体的に連結されるバランス機構部32とからなり、バルブボディ16の内部に圧力流体が供給された状態で弁開度を変更する際、バランス機構部32が弁機構部22との平衡状態を維持することにより前記圧力流体に生じる圧力損失を低減する。

前記圧力流体が流通する流体通路が内部に形成されるバルブボディと、
駆動部の駆動作用下に前記バルブボディの弁座に着座・離間する第1可撓性部材によって前記流体通路を流通する圧力流体の流量を制御する弁機構部と、
前記弁機構部と対向する位置に連結され、前記流体通路を流通する圧力流体の流量が変化した際、前記圧力流体の流体圧によって前記第1可撓性部材との平衡状態を維持する第2可撓性部材を有する平衡保持機構部とを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 圧力流体の流量を制御する流量制御装置において、
前記圧力流体が流通する流体通路が内部に形成されるバルブボディと、
駆動部の駆動作用下に前記バルブボディの弁座に着座・離間する第1可撓性部材によって前記流体通路を流通する圧力流体の流量を制御する弁機構部と、
前記弁機構部と対向する位置に連結され、前記流体通路を流通する圧力流体の流量が変化した際、前記圧力流体の流体圧によって前記第1可撓性部材との平衡状態を維持する第2可撓性部材を有する平衡保持機構部と、
を備えることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の流量制御装置において、
前記第1可撓性部材には、前記圧力流体が前記流体通路を流通する際に前記圧力流体の流体圧を受圧する第1受圧部が形成されるとともに、前記第2可撓性部材には、前記圧力流体が前記流体通路を流通する際に前記圧力流体の流体圧を受圧する第2受圧部が形成され、前記第1受圧部と前記第2受圧部の受圧面積が略同一に設定されることを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の流量制御装置において、
前記第1可撓性部材と第2可撓性部材との間には、シャフトが前記第1可撓性部材と第2可撓性部材と同軸となるように連結されることを特徴とする流量制御装置。
