Abstract
【解決手段】相手端子が接触される相手端子接触部12とセンサ固定部14とを有する端子本体11と、センサ固定部14に固定されたサーミスタ20Aとを備えた。センサ固定部14は、サーミスタ20Aが挿入される筒体形状であり、サーミスタ20Aは、ロック部22Aを有し、センサ固定部14の弾性変形によってセンサ固定部14への挿入が許容され、挿入完了位置ではロック部22Aがセンサ固定部14に係止された。

Description
図1〜図4は本発明の第1実施形態を示す。この第1実施形態では、充電コネクタ1の端子10Aに適用されている。以下、説明する。
図7及び図8は本発明の第2実施形態を示す。この第2実施形態の端子10Bは、前記第1実施形態と同様に、端子本体11と温度センサであるサーミスタ20Bとを備えている。
第1実施形態では、サーミスタ20Aのセンサ固定部14への組み付けに際して、センサ固定部14が弾性変形してサーミスタ20Aの挿入を許容し、第2実施形態では、サーミスタ20Bのセンサ固定部14への組み付けに際して、ロック部22Bが弾性変形してサーミスタ20Bの挿入を許容する。このように、センサ固定部14とサーミスタ20A,20Bのロック部22A,22Bのいずれか一方が弾性変形するように構成しても良いが、センサ固定部14とサーミスタ20A,20Bのロック部22A,22Bの双方が弾性変形するように構成しても良い。

Claims (4)
- 相手端子が接触される相手端子接触部とセンサ固定部とを有する端子本体と、
前記センサ固定部に固定された温度センサとを備えたことを特徴とする端子。 - 請求項1記載の端子であって、
前記センサ固定部は、前記温度センサが挿入される筒体形状であり、
前記温度センサは、ロック部を有し、前記ロック部と前記センサ固定部の少なくともいずれか一方が弾性変形して前記センサ固定部への挿入が許容され、挿入完了位置では弾性復帰変形して前記ロック部が前記センサ固定部に係止されたことを備えたことを特徴とする端子。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の端子であって、
前記端子本体は、電線接続部を有し、
前記センサ固定部は、前記相手端子接触部と前記電線接続部の間に設けられたことを特徴とする端子。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載された端子と、前記端子を収容するコネクタハウジングとを備えたことを特徴とする充電コネクタ。
