Claims (11)
- フェーズドアレイレーダである装置であって,
アンテナアレイと,
複数のアンテナ接続部によって前記アンテナアレイに接続されたフェーズドアレイ回路と,
調整可能位相シフタを含む,前記複数のアンテナ接続部の各アンテナ接続部と,
試験発振器及び自己試験線路を含む自己較正回路であって,前記試験発振器は励起されたとき自己試験信号を発生する,自己較正回路と,を備え,
前記フェーズドアレイ回路は前記試験発振器が励起されたとき,前記複数のアンテナ接続部を介して較正信号を受信し,該較正信号は前記自己試験線路によって搬送される前記自己試験信号によって前記複数のアンテナ接続部に誘起され,
各アンテナ接続部の前記調整可能位相シフタは,前記較正信号が所定の位相を有するように調整可能である,装置。 - 各アンテナ接続部の前記調整可能位相シフタは,前記較正信号が所定の位相を有するように調整される自己較正モードを有する,請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記自己試験線路は前記アンテナ接続部に近接する部分を有し,前記自己試験信号は前記自己試験線路から前記アンテナ接続部へ結合する,請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アンテナアレイはフェーズドアレイ受信アンテナであり,前記フェーズドアレイ回路はフェーズドアレイ受信回路である,請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アンテナアレイ及び前記フェーズドアレイ回路は回路基板の第1層によって支持され,
前記自己試験線路は前記回路基板の第2層によって支持される,請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記自己較正回路は,各調整可能位相シフタに位相調整信号を供給する位相調整回路を更に含み,
前記位相調整信号は電気バイアス信号である,請求項1に記載の装置。 - フェーズドアレイレーダである装置であって,
複数のアンテナ素子を含むアンテナアレイと,
受信回路であるフェーズドアレイ回路と,
前記受信回路と前記アンテナアレイとを電気的に相互接続するアンテナ接続部であって,各アンテナ接続部は調整可能位相シフタを含むアンテナ接続部と,
試験発振器回路と,
前記試験発振器回路に接続され,前記アンテナ接続部に近接して配置された自己試験線路部分を含む自己試験線路と,を備え,
前記受信回路が前記複数のアンテナ素子からアンテナ信号を受信する動作モードを有し,
前記試験発振器が,前記自己試験線路によって搬送される自己試験信号を発生させる自己較正モードを更に有し,前記受信回路は前記自己試験信号によって前記アンテナ接続部に誘起される較正信号を受信し,
前記調整可能位相シフタは較正信号位相に応答して調整可能である,装置。 - 前記自己試験線路は前記アンテナ接続部に近接する部分を有し,前記自己試験信号は,前記アンテナ接続部に前記較正信号を誘起させるために,前記自己試験線路から前記アンテナ接続部に結合し,
前記較正信号は,前記受信回路に到達する前に,前記複数の調整可能位相シフタを通過する,請求項7に記載の装置。 - 車両に搭載されたフェーズドアレイレーダの動作を改善する方法であって,
前記フェーズドアレイレーダは調整可能位相シフタを介してアンテナアレイと電気的に通信するフェーズドアレイ回路を含み,前記方法は前記フェーズドアレイレーダの動作を改善するために,
内部自己試験信号を用いて前記調整可能位相シフタを較正するステップと,
レーダ標的を検出するステップであって,ずれ係数を決定するために,前記レーダ標的の検出された方向が前記車両に対する前記レーダ標的の真の方向と比較される,ステップと,を有し,
前記ずれ係数は,前記フェーズドアレイレーダが測定した測定値を補正するために用いられる,方法。 - 前記内部自己試験信号は前記フェーズドアレイレーダ内の試験発振器によって発生され,前記調整可能位相シフタに近接して延びる自己試験線路に沿って運ばれる,請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記フェーズドアレイレーダの運転中に,前記内部自己試験信号を用いて前記調整可能位相シフタを時々再較正するステップを更に含む,請求項9に記載の方法。
