Abstract
Description
Claims (31)
- 置換用心臓弁のための薄型シール材であって、
先端部と基端部とそれらの間のルーメンとを有する多層で略円筒形のシール材本体と、
前記シール材本体の基端部の付近に配置かつ分散された複数の補強用グロメットと、
前記シール材本体の先端部の付近に配置された先端側補強帯と、
を含み、
前記シール材本体の基端部は、交互の複数の突起と凹部を含む薄型シール材。 - 前記複数の補強用グロメットの少なくともいくつかが、前記多層で略円筒形のシール材本体の基端部の複数の突起の内部に設置される、請求項1に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記複数の補強用グロメットの少なくともいくつかが、前記多層で略円筒形のシール材本体の内部かつその基端部の凹部の付近に設置される、請求項1に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記複数の補強用グロメットの少なくともいくつかが、前記多層で略円筒形のシール材本体の内部、かつ、その基端部の複数の突起の先端側および凹部の先端側に設置される、請求項1に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記複数の補強用グロメットが1つまたは複数の打ち抜き穴を含み、前記1つまたは複数の打ち抜き穴が、前記複数の補強用グロメットと前記多層で略円筒形のシール材本体の両方を貫通する、請求項1に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記先端側補強帯が複数の打ち抜き穴を含み、前記複数の打ち抜き穴が、前記複数の先端側補強用グロメットと前記多層で略円筒形のシール材本体の両方を貫通する、請求項1に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記多層で略円筒形のシール材本体が、ポリカーボネートとポリウレタンを含む、半径方向に最も内側の層を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記多層で略円筒形のシール材本体が、ポリカーボネートとポリウレタンを含む、半径方向に最も外側の層をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記多層で略円筒形のシール材本体が、前記半径方向に最も外側の層と半径方向に最も内側の層との間に配置された少なくとも1つの内層を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記半径方向に最も外側の層と前記半径方向に最も内側の層との間に配置された前記少なくとも1つの内層の弾性係数が、前記半径方向に最も内側の層の弾性係数より小さく、前記半径方向に最も外側の層の弾性係数より小さい、請求項9に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記半径方向に最も外側の層と前記半径方向に最も内側の層との間に配置された前記少なくとも1つの内層の破断点伸度が、前記半径方向に最も内側の層の破断点伸度より大きく、前記半径方向に最も外側の層の破断点伸度より大きい、請求項9または10に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記複数の補強用グロメットが織布を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の薄型シール材。
- 前記先端側補強帯が織布を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の薄型シール材。
- 置換用心臓弁のための薄型シール材を形成する方法であって、
洗浄した先細のシール材形成用心棒をコーティング装置内に位置付けるステップと、
キャリアと少なくとも1種のポリマを含む第一のコーティング組成物を前記洗浄した先細の心棒に塗布するステップと、
前記第一のコーティング組成物から前記キャリアを取り除くことによって第一のコーティング済み心棒を形成するステップと、
前記第一のコーティング済み心棒を取り囲むように先端側補強帯を位置付けるステップと、
前記第一のコーティング済み心棒に複数のグロメットを位置付けるステップと、
キャリアと少なくとも1種のポリマを含む第二のコーティング組成物を前記第一のコーティング済み心棒、前記先端側補強帯および前記複数のグロメットに塗布するステップと、
前記第二のコーティング組成物から前記キャリアを取り除くことによって第二のコーティング済み心棒を形成するステップと、
キャリアと少なくとも1種のポリマを含む第三のコーティング組成物を前記第二のコーティング済み心棒に塗布するステップと、
前記第三のコーティング組成物から前記キャリアを取り除くことによって薄型シール材の前駆体を形成するステップと、
前記薄型シール材の前駆体が完全に形成され、厚さ仕様を満たすことを確認するステップと、
前記薄型シール材の前駆体のトリミングを行って、寸法仕様を満たすステップと、
前記先細のシール形成用心棒から前記薄型シール材を取り外すステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記コーティング装置がスプレイコーティング装置である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のコーティング組成物がポリカーボネートとポリウレタンを含む、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 前記第二のコーティング組成物がポリカーボネートとポリウレタンを含む、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第三のコーティング組成物がポリカーボネートとポリウレタンを含む、請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のコーティング組成物が前記第二のコーティング組成物と異なる、請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第二のコーティング組成物が前記第三のコーティング組成物と異なる、請求項14〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のコーティング組成物と前記第三のコーティング組成物が同じである、請求項14〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のコーティング組成物と前記第三のコーティング組成物が異なる、請求項14〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第二のコーティング済み心棒を取り囲むように位置付けられた前記先端側補強帯が布帯である、請求項14〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第二のコーティング済み心棒を取り囲むように位置付けられた前記先端側補強帯が織布帯である、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記第二のコーティング済み心棒を取り囲むように位置付けられた前記先端側補強帯がポリエステル繊維を含む、請求項23または24に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のグロメットが布グロメットを含む、請求項14〜25のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
