Claims (9)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャー(10)の少なくとも1つの第1領域を少なくとも1つの第2領域から遮熱するための排気ガスターボチャージャーの遮熱部材であって、少なくとも1つの装着手段(24、34、45)を備え、該装着手段によって該遮熱部材(22)を排気ガスターボチャージャー(10)のハウジング部材(12、18)に係着するようにした排気ガスターボチャージャーの遮熱部材において、
前記装着手段(24、34、45)は、該遮熱部材(22)を前記ハウジング部材(12、18)に係着するための係着部(24、34、45)として形成されていることを特徴とする遮熱部材。 - 前記係着部(24、34、45)は、前記遮熱部材(22)の本体部(27)に、該本体部に対して弾性変位可能なように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の遮熱部材。
- 前記係着部(24、34、45)は、前記遮熱部材(22)に一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の遮熱部材。
- 前記係着部(24、34、45)は、少なくとも1つの突起部(45)から成り、該突起部(45)に対応した前記ハウジング部材(12、18)の嵌合部(46)に該突起部(45)が嵌合することによって、前記遮熱部材(22)が前記ハウジング部材(12、18)に係着されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項記載の遮熱部材。
- 前記係着部(24、34、45)は、例えば陥凹部などの少なくとも1つの嵌合部から成り、該嵌合部に対応した前記ハウジング部材(12、18)の壁体部分が該嵌合部に嵌合することによって、前記遮熱部材(22)が前記ハウジング部材(12、18)に係着されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項記載の遮熱部材。
- 前記陥凹部及び/または前記突起部(45)は、少なくとも実質的に部分球形の形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5記載の遮熱部材。
- 例えばエンジンなどに装備される排気ガスターボチャージャーの第1ハウジング部材と第2ハウジング部材との間に遮熱部材を配設するための配設構造であって、少なくとも1つの装着手段(24、34、45)を備えた、前記ハウジング部材(12、18)を互いから遮熱するための遮熱部材(22)が、前記装着手段(24、34、45)を介して少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング部材(12、18)の間に保持されるようにした配設構造において、
前記装着手段(24、34、45)は、前記遮熱部材(22)を前記第1ハウジング部材(12、18)に係着するための係着部(24、34、45)として形成されていることを特徴とする配設構造。 - 前記遮熱部材(22)は、前記第2ハウジング部材(12、18)とは非接触の状態で前記第1ハウジング部材(12、18)に係着されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の配設構造。
- 前記第1ハウジング部材(12、18)は、前記遮熱部材の前記係着部(24、34、45)に対応した、例えば嵌合部(30、36、46)などから成る更なる係着部を備えており、前記遮熱部材(22)の前記係着部(24、34、45)と該更なる係着部とを係着させていることを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8記載の配設構造。
