Claims (20)
- ターボ過給機であって、
軸受ハウジング(100)と、
タービンホイール(250)と、
潤滑システム(230)を有するシャフト(220)と、
前記タービンホイール(250)を前記潤滑システム(230)から絶縁する防熱材(200)と、を備え、
前記防熱材(200)が、少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)によって前記軸受ハウジング(100)に接続され、前記少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)が前記軸受ハウジング(100)の変形工程によって形成されるターボ過給機。 - 前記軸受ハウジング(100)がチャネル(150)を有し、前記防熱材(200)の部分が前記チャネル(150)に位置決めされる、請求項1に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記防熱材(200)が、前記チャネル(150)に位置決めされる環状フランジ(260)を有する、請求項2に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)が、前記防熱材(200)の円周に沿って等距離に離間している複数の接続突出部(400)である、請求項1に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記軸受ハウジング(100)の前記変形工程が、1つ以上の圧縮ステーキ(325)を有するステーキング工具(300)によって実行される、請求項1に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)が、前記チャネル(150)の外縁(160)の変形により形成される、請求項2に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記環状フランジ(260)の大きさ及び形状が、前記チャネル(150)の大きさ及び形状と実質的に同一である、請求項3に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記防熱材(200)が、中心穴(210)と、前記中心穴(210)に向かって先細りの内壁(205)とを有する、請求項2に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記防熱材(200)が前記タービンホイール(250)と同心に整列される、請求項2に記載のターボ過給機。
- ターボ過給機であって、
環状チャネル(150)を内部に有する軸受ハウジング(100)と、
タービンホイール(250)と、
前記タービンホイール(250)と前記軸受ハウジング(100)との間に位置決めされた防熱材(200)と、を備え、
前記防熱材(200)の部分が前記環状チャネル(150)に位置決めされ、前記防熱材(200)が、少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)によって前記軸受ハウジング(100)に接続され、かつ前記少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)が前記軸受ハウジング(100)の変形工程によって形成されるターボ過給機。 - 前記少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)が、前記防熱材(200)の円周に沿って等距離に離間している複数の接続突出部(400)である、請求項10に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記軸受ハウジング(100)の前記変形工程が、1つ以上の圧縮ステーキ(325)を有するステーキング工具(300)によって実行される、請求項10に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)が、前記環状チャネル(150)の外縁(160)の変形により形成される、請求項12に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記防熱材(200)が、前記環状チャネル(150)に位置決めされる環状フランジ(260)を有し、かつ前記環状フランジ(260)の大きさ及び形状が、前記チャネル(150)の大きさ及び形状と実質的に同一である、請求項13に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記防熱材(200)が、中心穴(210)と、前記中心穴(210)に向かって先細りの内壁(205)とを有する、請求項10に記載のターボ過給機。
- 前記防熱材(200)が前記タービンホイール(250)と同心に整列される、請求項10に記載のターボ過給機。
- ターボ過給機を組み立てる方法であって、
軸受ハウジング(100)とタービンホイール(250)との間に防熱材(200)を位置決めし、これによって、潤滑システム(130)を前記タービンホイール(250)から絶縁するステップと、
圧縮ステーキングによって前記軸受ハウジング(100)の少なくとも1つの部分を変形させ、これによって、少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)を形成するステップであって、前記少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)が前記防熱材(200)を押圧するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記軸受ハウジング(100)の前記圧縮ステーキングの前に、前記軸受ハウジング(100)の環状チャネル(150)に前記防熱材(200)を圧入するステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記軸受ハウジング(100)の前記圧縮ステーキングの前に、前記軸受ハウジング(100)の環状チャネル(150)に前記防熱材(200)を位置決めするステップと、前記圧縮ステーキングによって前記環状チャネル(150)の外縁(160)を変形させて、前記少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)を形成するステップと、をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接続突出部(400)が複数の接続突出部(400)であり、
前記圧縮ステーキングが、前記複数の接続突出部(400)を形成するために、複数の圧縮ステーキ(325)を有するステーキング工具(300)によって実行される、請求項17に記載の方法。
