Abstract
Description
製造した糸の靱性、Fmaxおよび破断伸び(EaB)は、ISO2062−93(A)に従って、Zwick引張試験機において測定される。
種々の糸の紡績は、場合により32mmのステープル繊維に切断したDyneema(登録商標)1760−SK60(1dpf)から調製した高強度ポリオレフィンステープル繊維と共に、綿ステープル繊維を用いてリング紡績によって実施した。糸の組成および機械特性は表1に示される。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1本の天然繊維と、高強度ポリエチレン繊維のステープルとを含み、前記高強度ポリエチレン繊維が少なくとも40GPaの初期モジュラスおよび少なくとも1.4GPaの引張強さを有するスパン糸であって、前記糸が1〜4重量%の間の前記高強度繊維のステープルを含むことを特徴とするスパン糸。
- 前記糸が1〜3重量%の間の前記高強度ポリエチレン繊維のステープルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスパン糸。
- 前記糸が1〜2.8重量%の間の前記高強度ポリエチレン繊維のステープルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のスパン糸。
- 前記糸が実質的に、天然繊維と、高強度ポリエチレン繊維のステープルとからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスパン糸。
- 前記天然繊維の長さの前記高強度繊維の長さに対する比率が1:2〜2:1であり、前記繊維の長さが関係繊維の相加平均長さであると定義されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスパン糸。
- 前記天然繊維のタイターの前記高強度ポリエチレン繊維のタイターに対する比率が0.2〜5であり、前記繊維のタイターが関係繊維の相加平均タイターであると定義される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスパン糸。 - 前記高強度ポリエチレン繊維がゲル紡糸ポリエチレン繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のスパン糸。
- 前記ポリエチレンが超高分子量ポリエチレン(UHMWPE)であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のスパン糸。
- 前記天然繊維が綿および羊毛からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のスパン糸。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のスパン糸を含む布地。
- 請求項10に記載の布地を含む物品。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のスパン糸を含む物品。
