Abstract
Description
・繊維の引張強さ及び弾性率は、マルチフィラメント糸に関して、500mmの繊維の公称標線間距離、50%/minのクロスヘッド速度及びFiber Grip D5618C型のInstron 2714把持具を用いて、ASTM D885Mの規定に従って適宜測定される。強さは、測定された引張荷重を、繊維10メートルを秤量することにより求められる繊度で除することにより算出され;GPa単位の値は、ポリマー本来の密度(例えば、UHMWPEの場合には0.97g/cm3)を想定して算出する。
・固有粘度IVは、ASTM D1601(2004)に準拠し、135℃のデカリン中、溶解時間を16時間とし、酸化防止剤としてのBHT(ブチル化ヒドロキシトルエン)を2g/l溶液の量で使用し、異なる濃度で測定された粘度を濃度ゼロに外挿することにより求めることができる。
・耐摩耗性は、prEn 17092−1:201に記載されている標準方法を用いて測定した。
織製布帛を、ダブルビーム製織技術を用いて、2種の経糸:経糸A(外層)及び経糸B(内層)並びに緯糸を1/3綾織組織で供給することにより製造した。経糸A、経糸B及び緯糸として異なる組成の糸を用いて、外側及び内側を有する単層布帛を形成した。
糸I:Ne9.5/1 綿100%紡績糸
糸II:Nm34/2 ダイニーマ(Dyneema)(登録商標)SK75 100% 紡績糸
糸III:Nm21 ダイニーマ(登録商標)/ナイロン/スパンデックス 66/33/5重量%(これは、糸IIIの総量、即ちi)34Nm(294dtex)ダイニーマ(登録商標)SK75紡績糸である個別の糸、及びii)エラスタン連続フィラメント(スパンデックス、40デニール/3フィラメント)である個別の糸の総量を基準とするものであり、エラスタン糸は、ナイロン6,6の個別の糸(78dtex、23フィラメント、仮撚加工)でカバリングされており、i)及びii)を一緒に撚糸することにより、ダイニーマ(登録商標)SK75糸 62重量%、ナイロン6,6糸 33重量%、エラスタン糸 5重量%(糸III全体の組成を基準とする)を含む476dtex(Nm21)の糸IIIを形成している)

Claims (15)
- 緯糸並びに2種の経糸A及びBを含む織製布帛であって、前記緯糸は、UHMWPE糸を含む個別の糸と、個別の天然糸との組合せを含み、
前記緯糸中におけるUHMWPE糸を含む糸の量は、緯糸の総量の33〜66重量%であり;
前記経糸Aは、少なくとも50重量%の天然繊維を含み;
前記経糸Bは、個別のUHMWPE糸と個別の天然糸との組合せを含み、UHMWPE糸の量は、経糸Bの総量の10〜50重量%であり;及び
前記布帛は、前記経糸Aを含む外層と、前記経糸Bを含む内層とを含み、且つ前記外層及び内層は、前記緯糸によって少なくとも部分的に相互に連結されている、織製布帛。 - 前記緯糸中におけるUHMWPE糸を含む前記糸の前記量の少なくとも一部は、40〜60重量%であり、且つ個別の天然糸と交互の様式で配置されている、請求項1に記載の織製布帛。
- 前記経糸B中の前記UHMWPE糸の少なくとも一部は、個別の天然糸と交互の様式で配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の織製布帛。
- 経糸Aは、綿、麻、羊毛、絹、ジュート、亜麻からなる群から選択される天然繊維並びに/又はポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリオレフィン、ポリビニルアルコール及びポリアクリロニトリルを含む合成繊維を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記経糸Bは、紡績糸である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記緯糸は、UHMWPE紡績糸を含む個別の糸を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記経糸Bは、綿、麻、羊毛、絹、ジュート、亜麻並びにポリアミド、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリビニルアルコール及びポリアクリロニトリルの合成繊維を含む群から選択される少なくとも1種の第3の繊維を更に含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記経糸B中の前記UHMWPE糸は、1〜20本の個別のUHMWPE糸の束を含む集束された方式で配置されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の織製布帛。
- 前記経糸Bは、個別のUHMWPE糸と個別の天然糸との組合せからなり、UHMWPE糸の量は、経糸Bの総量の10〜50重量%である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の織製布帛。
- 前記経糸Aは、綿から実質的になり、前記経糸Bは、UHMWPEステープル繊維及び天然ステープル繊維から実質的になる紡績糸であり、且つ前記緯糸は、個別の天然糸と、UHMWPE糸を含む個別の糸とを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記緯糸は、個別の天然糸と、UHMWPE糸、好ましくはUHMWPE紡績糸を含む個別の糸と、ポリアミド繊維等の合成繊維及び/又は少なくとも1種の連続弾性フィラメントとを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記個別の天然糸は、綿、麻、羊毛、絹、ジュート、亜麻からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の布帛。
- 前記合成繊維は、ポリアミド、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリビニルアルコール及びポリアクリロニトリルからなる群から選択される、請求項11又は12に記載の布帛。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の布帛を含む製品であって、衣類、裏地、スポーツ衣料及び手袋を含む群から選択される製品。
- 繊維製品の製造における、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の布帛の使用。
