Claims (20)
- 裏打ち層と、該裏打ち層に接着された絶縁層と、を備える絶縁テープであって、
前記裏打ち層及び前記絶縁層の少なくとも1つが、内部に形成された多数の空孔を有する、絶縁テープ。 - 前記多数の空孔が10ミクロン以下の最大寸法をもつ、請求項1に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 前記裏打ち層及び前記絶縁層の両方が内部に空孔を有し、これら裏打ち層の空孔と絶縁層の空孔とが、垂直面において互いにほぼ整列している、請求項2に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 前記裏打ち層及び前記絶縁層の両方が内部に空孔を有し、これら裏打ち層の空孔と絶縁層の空孔とが、垂直面において互いにずれている、請求項2に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 前記多数の空孔は、当該絶縁テープの長軸とほぼ平行に向きを合わせてある、請求項1に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 前記多数の空孔は、当該絶縁テープの長軸に対し斜めに向きを合わせてある、請求項1に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 前記多数の空孔は、当該絶縁テープにおいて斜線パターン又はジグザグ配列のいずれかを呈する、請求項1に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 前記絶縁層が多数の高熱伝導(HTC)フィラーを有する、請求項1に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 前記多数の空孔は、当該絶縁テープにおいて列状に並べられている、請求項1に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 前記多数の空孔は、レーザー穿孔により形成されたものである、請求項1に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 予め決められた直径及び深さを前記空孔が有する、請求項1に記載の絶縁テープ。
- 内部に形成された多数の空孔を有する絶縁層を備えており、前記空孔が10ミクロン以下の最大寸法を有し、前記絶縁層がマイカを用いて形成されている、絶縁材。
- 構造的に安定したマイカシートの形態である、請求項12に記載の絶縁材。
- 絶縁材の製造方法であって、
前記絶縁材中に多数の空孔を形成することを含む、製造方法。 - 前記空孔が10ミクロン以下の最大寸法を有する、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁材が、マイカを用いて形成した絶縁層を備える、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁材が、裏打ち層に接着した絶縁層を備えた絶縁テープであり、前記空孔を、前記絶縁層及び前記裏打ち層のそれぞれに形成する、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- レーザー穿孔により前記空孔の形成を行う、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 機械式スパイクローラーにより前記空孔の形成を行う、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁材が第1の成分と第2の成分とを含んでおり、前記空孔の形成に際し、該絶縁材から前記第1の成分を選択的に除去し且つ前記第2の成分を実質的に残すことを含む、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
