Claims (11)
- 樹脂を含浸させるための空孔を多数形成した絶縁層を有する絶縁テープの製造方法であって、
前記絶縁層が第1の成分と第2の成分とを含んでおり、
該絶縁層から前記第1の成分を、レーザー穿孔によって部分的に除去すると共に前記第2の成分を残し、当該第1の成分の除去によって前記空孔を形成することを含む、製造方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の成分の反射率の差を利用してレーザーの波長により前記第1の成分を選択し、前記第1の成分を部分的に除去するともに前記第2の成分を残す、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁層が、マイカ及び高熱伝導フィラーを用いて形成してあり、
前記マイカ及び前記高熱伝導フィラーの一方を前記第1の成分とし且つ前記マイカ及び前記高熱伝導フィラーの他方を前記第2の成分とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記絶縁テープが、前記絶縁層に裏打ち層を接着した絶縁テープであり、
前記空孔を、少なくとも前記絶縁層に形成する、請求項3に記載の製造方法。 - 前記裏打ち層にも前記空孔を形成し、該裏打ち層の空孔と前記絶縁層の空孔とが、垂直面において互いに整列している、請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記裏打ち層にも前記空孔を形成し、該裏打ち層の空孔と前記絶縁層の空孔とが、垂直面において互いにずれている、請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記多数の空孔は、前記絶縁テープの長軸と平行に向きを合わせてある、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記多数の空孔は、前記絶縁テープの長軸に対し斜めに向きを合わせてある、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記多数の空孔は、前記絶縁テープにおいて斜線パターン又はジグザグ配列のいずれかを呈する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記多数の空孔は、前記絶縁テープにおいて列状に並べられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記空孔が10ミクロン以下の最大寸法を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
