  2. 前記第1の部分がほぼ平坦である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
  3. 前記第1の部分がほぼ円錐形である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
  4. 前記第1の部分のほぼ螺旋形状がほぼ円形である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
  5. 前記第1の部分のほぼ螺旋形状がほぼ楕円である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
  6. 前記第2の部分がほぼ螺旋形状を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
  7. 前記第2の部分がほぼ平坦である、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
  8. 前記第2の部分がほぼ円錐形である、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
  9. 前記第2の部分のほぼ螺旋形状がほぼ円形である、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
  10. 前記第2の部分のほぼ螺旋形状がほぼ楕円である、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
  11. 前記第1の部分を前記第2の部分に連結するコネクタをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。

  36. 前記弁輪形成デバイスが内部ルーメンを有し、前記弁輪形成デバイスが前記弁輪にアンカー留めされた後、前記弁輪形成デバイスの直径を低減するために、前記弁輪形成デバイスの内部ルーメン内に挿入されるように、または前記弁輪形成デバイスの内部ルーメンから取り外されるように構成された偏向要素をさらに含む、請求項35に記載のデバイス。
  37. 前記弁輪形成デバイスを第1の直径において保持するように構成された生分解性コーティングをさらに含み、前記生分解性コーティングが、前記弁輪形成デバイスが前記弁輪にアンカー留めされた後、前記弁輪形成デバイスの直径を低減させるために生分解する、請求項35に記載のデバイス。
  38. 前記弁輪形成デバイスが内部ルーメンを有し、かつ前記弁輪形成デバイスの内部ルーメン内の偏向要素をさらに含み、前記偏向要素が、前記弁輪形成デバイスの直径を低減するために、前記弁輪形成デバイスが前記弁輪にアンカー留めされた後、引かれるように構成されている、請求項35に記載のデバイス。
