Abstract
Description
ポリオレフィンのような熱可塑性プラスチックの加工の際には、主として例えばHDPEのような中分子及び高分子タイプのポリエチレンにおける押出ブロー成形の際に、特に継続的なチューブ押し出しを行う継続的な押し出しの際に、しかしながら断続的なチューブ押し出し(貯えヘッド、アキュムレータヘッド)の際にも、以下のような不都合な作用が生じる。
このような問題は例えば、ブローフィルム押し出し成形の分野でも公知である。この場合、堆積物は、スクレーパ又は除去ブレードのような機械的なクリーニング装置によって剥離され、フィルムブロー成形では、巻き付けスピンドル交換の際にその都度生じる廃棄物領域へと搬送される。
本発明の課題は、先行技術の欠点を解消し、継続的な押出装置の運転中、製造プロセスを中断することなく機能する、押出工具、特にコアを備えたリングノズルの出口領域をクリーニングする方法及び装置を提供することである。この場合、材料堆積物は所望のように導出され、製造プロセスから排除されるのが望ましい。
1つの円環を形成する閉じた円区分エレメントは、押し出された溶融チューブを、押出ノズルのすぐ下方で、調節可能な時間の間、半径方向で圧縮する。圧縮された溶融チューブは設定された時間の間、半径方向内方に向かって、コアの縁部上を流れ、これによりこの領域に堆積している材料を所望のように連行する。

Claims (11)
- チューブ状のプリフォームとして押出ノズルから吐出される若しくは押し出される熱可塑性プラスチックの押し出しの際に押出ヘッドをクリーニングする方法において、
前記チューブ状のプリフォームを短時間変向させ、圧縮し、この際に、押出ノズルの流出間隙の近傍領域に外側で付着した堆積物を前記チューブ状のプリフォームによって拭き取り、運び出すことを特徴とする、押出ヘッドをクリーニングする方法。 - 変向中に、前記チューブ状のプリフォーム自体をクリーニングエレメントとして使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記押出ノズルをクリーニングするための前記チューブ状のプリフォームの変向を所定の時間間隔で行う、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記押出ノズルをクリーニングするための前記チューブ状のプリフォームの変向を、後にスラッグ片としてブロー成形が完了した中空体から廃棄片として分離されるチューブ片が押出ノズルから押し出されたらすぐに行う、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記チューブ状のプリフォームの変向後は、クリーニング除去すべき付着物が固着しているチューブ片をその後の製造プロセスから排除する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- チューブ状のプリフォームの変向を部分円状の押圧エレメントによって行い、該押圧エレメントは前記プリフォームを押出ノズルのすぐ下側で、外側からほぼ360°にわたって取り囲み、内側に向かって変向させる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 押出ヘッド(10)をクリーニングする装置を備えた、押出ノズル(14)から熱可塑性プラスチックを押し出す押出ヘッド(10)において、
前記押出ノズル(14)のすぐ下方に機械的な係合手段(22)が設けられており、該係合手段には、該係合手段(22)を、押し出されたチューブ状のプリフォーム(12)と作用接触させることができるように、相応の駆動装置(24)が設けられていることを特徴とする押出ヘッド。 - 前記機械的な係合手段(22)は、アクチュエータ(24)によって半径方向可動に形成されている2つ又はそれ以上の円区分エレメント(26)を有している、請求項7記載の押出ヘッド。
- 前記円区分エレメント(26)は押し出されたプリフォーム(12)を外側からほぼ360°にわたって取り囲み、進入位置においてほぼ閉じた1つの円環を形成する、請求項7又は8記載の押出ヘッド。
- 前記アクチュエータ(24)には、電気ニューマチック式又は電気ハイドロリック式又は電気式の駆動装置が設けられている、請求項7又は8記載の押出ヘッド。
- 前記係合手段(22)は高さ方向で及び/又は深さ方向(半径方向)で調節可能に形成されている、請求項7から10までのいずれか1項記載の押出ヘッド。
