- ガルバニセル(2)、特にリチウムイオンセルを収容する内部空間を有するバッテリハウジング(1)において、前記ガルバニセル(2)には、前記セル(2)の故障の場合に開けることが可能な少なくとも1つの噴出箇所(3)が設けられ、前記バッテリハウジング(1)の前記内部空間は、火炎抑制剤、火炎遅延剤、及び/又は消火剤を投入するための少なくとも1つのディスペンサ(4)を有し、前記ディスペンサ(4)は、セル(2)の噴出箇所(3)に隣接して配置可能な又は配置された少なくとも1つの開放可能なディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)を有し、前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)は、所定の限界値を上回る機械的衝撃及び/又は温度上昇及び/又は圧力上昇の際には解放されうる、バッテリハウジング(1)。
- 前記ディスペンサ(4)は、液体、泡、又は固形物を投入し、特に液体を投入するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)は、壁の薄壁化により、又は、壁における継ぎ目、例えば、溶接継ぎ目、溶接線、接着継ぎ目の形態により実現される、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記ディスペンサ(4)は、少なくとも前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)の領域内では部分的又は完全に、融点が80℃以上、200℃以下の範囲内にある有機物質、例えば高分子物質及び/又は蝋状物質で構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記ディスペンサ(4)は、少なくとも前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)の領域内では部分的又は完全に、合成樹脂、特に熱可塑性樹脂、例えばポリオレフィン、例えばポリエチレン及び/又はポリプロピレンで構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)は、それにより前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)を自動的に解放することが可能な解放機構、例えば弁を有し、特に、前記解放機構は、前記バッテリハウジング(1)を備える車両の事故が検出された際には、車両の、例えば加速センサの衝突センサデータに基づいて解放される、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記ディスペンサ(4)はブロー成形体である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記ディスペンサ(4)は、少なくとも前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)の領域内では部分的又は完全にガラスで構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記ディスペンサ(4)は、複数のディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)を有し、特に、ディスペンサ(4)の前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)の数は、接続された複数のガルバニセル(2)から成るモジュールの前記セル(2)の数、特に前記噴出箇所(3)の数に対応する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記セル(2)は、前記セルの上側にそれぞれ前記噴出箇所(3)を有し、少なくとも1つのディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)は、前記セル(2)の上方に、特に前記噴出箇所(3)の上方に配置可能であり、又は配置される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記ディスペンサ(4)は、ガルバニセル(2)の極(6、7)、又は複数のガルバニセル(2)から成るモジュールの極(6、7)の間に配置可能であり又は配置され、特に、前記ディスペンサ(4)は、前記セル(2)の前記極(6、7)の間に提供可能な空間以外に追加的な空間を取らない、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 前記火炎抑制剤、火炎遅延剤、及び/又は消火剤は、少なくとも1つのアルカリ土類金属化合物、特にカルシウム化合物、及び/又は、少なくとも1つのラジカル捕捉剤、例えば、特にリンをベースとするハロゲン化又は非ハロゲン化有機化合物を含み、例えば、前記有機化合物は、リン酸トリス(2、2、2−トリフルオロエチル)、リン酸トリメチル、リン酸トリエチル、環状リン酸、例えば、ヘキサメトキシシクロトリホスファゼン等の環状ホスファゼンのような、リン酸アルキル及び/又はリン酸アリル、亜リン酸トリス(2、2、2−トリフルオロエチル)のような亜りん酸エステル、フッ素化プロピレンカーボネートのようなフッ素化アルキレンカーボネート、メチルノナフルオロブチルエーテルのようなフッ素化エーテル、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング。
- 1つ以上のリチウムイオンセル(2)の燃焼抑制、燃焼阻止、及び/又は消火のための火災抑制剤、火災遅延剤、及び/又は消火剤、特に、液状、固形、又は泡状の薬剤を投入するためのディスペンサ(4)であって、前記リチウムイオンセル(2)の上側には、前記セルの故障の場合に開けることが可能な少なくとも1つの噴出箇所(3)が設けられ、前記ディスペンサ(4)は、セル(2)の噴出箇所(3)に隣接して配置可能な、少なくとも1つの開放可能なディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)を有し、前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)は、所定の限界値を上回る機械的衝撃及び/又は温度上昇及び/又は圧力上昇の際には解放可能であり、特に、前記ディスペンサ(4)は、ガルバニセル(2)の極(6、7)、又は複数のガルバニセル(2)から成るモジュールの極(6、7)の間に配置可能であり、その際に、前記セル(2)の前記極(6、7)の間に提供される空間以外の追加的な空間が取られない、ディスペンサ(4)。
- ガルバニセル、特にリチウムオンセルにおいて、前記セル(2)は、前記セルの上側に、前記セル(2)の故障の場合に開けることが可能な少なくとも1つの噴出箇所(3)を有し、前記噴出箇所(3)は、前記セルの上側の主表面に対して窪んだ区間内に形成される、ガルバニセル。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリハウジング、及び/又は、請求項13に記載の少なくとも1つのディスペンサ(4)、及び/又は、請求項14に記載の少なくとも1つのガルバニセル(2)を備えたバッテリ、特にリチウムイオンバッテリにおいて、特に、少なくとも1つのディスペンサ開口部(5)が、前記セルの上方に、特に噴出箇所(3)の上方に配置され、及び/又は、前記ディスペンサ開口部(5;5a、5b、5c、5d、5e、5f)の数は、前記セル(2)の数、特に前記噴出箇所(3)の数に対応する、バッテリ。
