Claims (13)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セルスタックと、
前記電池セルスタックの全長方向の両側端面である第1面及び第2面を除いて残った外面を取り囲む電池モジュールハウジングと、
前記電池セルまたは前記電池モジュールハウジングに冷却水を供給するためのウォータータンクと、
複数の前記電池モジュールハウジングを収容する電池パックケースと、
を含み、
前記電池パックケースは、前記第1面に隣接して位置するパックケース空間部、及び前記第2面に隣接して位置するクロスビームを含む、電池パック。 - 前記電池セルスタックは、電極組立体収納部の底が前記電池パックケースの下面に平行な状態になるように積層されている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セルスタックは、電極組立体収納部の底が前記電池パックケースの下面に垂直な状態になるように積層されている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ウォータータンクは、第1ウォータータンク及び第2ウォータータンクを含み、
前記パックケース空間部は前記第1ウォータータンクを含み、前記クロスビームは前記第2ウォータータンクを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第1面と対面する前記パックケース空間部の一側面、及び前記第2面と対面する前記クロスビームの一側面に貫通口が形成され、前記貫通口に密封部材が付加されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記密封部材は、前記電池セルから放出される高温ガスまたはスパークによって溶融する素材からなる、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記密封部材の溶融によって前記貫通口が開放し、
前記貫通口を通して、前記ウォータータンクの内部に収容された冷却水が噴射される、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記貫通口は、複数の孔が均一に分散している形態を有するように形成されている、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1面及び前記第2面は少なくとも一部または全部が開放している形態を有する、請求項2または3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セルスタックと前記パックケース空間部との間、または前記電池セルスタックと前記クロスビームとの間に離隔空間が形成されている、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1面及び前記第2面に金属バンドが付加されている、請求項9または10に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールハウジングの前記第1面及び前記第2面のそれぞれにはエンドカバーが付加されており、前記エンドカバーには開口が形成されている、請求項9~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1面及び前記第2面にはエンドカバーが付加されており、前記電池モジュールハウジングは前記エンドカバーによって密閉した形態を有する、請求項2または3に記載の電池パック。
