Claims (21)
- 自動車に動力を供給するように動作可能なアクチュエータ手段を備える自動車であって、自動車は、ドライブサイクル中、アクチュエータ手段を自動的にオフに切り換え、その後、アクチュエータ手段を再始動させるように動作可能であり、これにより、あるドライブサイクル中にアクチュエータ手段がオンである時間を減らし、
前記自動車は、ドライバーが操作するブレーキ手段によっていわゆるエコ停止状態に置かれ得、該エコ停止状態において自動車は静止状態に保持され、かつ前記アクチュエータ手段はオフであり、前記自動車は、いわゆるエコ始動状態を自動的に実行するように動作可能であり、該エコ始動状態においてドライバーが前記ブレーキ手段の解放の信号を送信した場合、前記アクチュエータ手段が再始動され、
エコ始動状態が実行される場合、アクチュエータ手段が再始動されるのに対し、自動車は、ブレーキ手段により静止状態に自動的に保持され続けるように構成され、アクチュエータ手段が自動車を再始動できなかったら、自動車は、始動失敗状態を自動的にとるように構成され、該始動失敗状態において自動車は静止状態に保持され続ける自動車。 - 前記始動失敗状態において、前記自動車は前記ブレーキ手段により静止状態に自動的に保持される請求項1に記載の自動車。
- 前記ブレーキ手段は、第1ブレーキと第2ブレーキを備え、第1ブレーキは自動車を減速するためにドライバーが操作可能であり、第2ブレーキは、自動車が無人の際に自動車を静止状態に保持するためにドライバーが操作可能な駐車ブレーキを含む請求項1又は2に記載の自動車。
- 前記エコ停止状態において、前記自動車は第1ブレーキにより静止状態に自動的に保持される請求項3に記載の自動車。
- 始動失敗状態において、前記自動車は、第2ブレーキにより自動車を静止状態に自動的に保持するように構成される請求項3又は4に記載の自動車。
- 駐車モードを有するトランスミッションを備え、該駐車モードにおいて、駐車モードブレーキ手段が自動車の移動を防止するために適用され、前記始動失敗状態にある場合、前記自動車は、前記トランスミッションが駐車モードをとるように自動的にトランスミッションを制御することにより、自動車を静止状態に保持し続ける請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の自動車。
- 前記駐車モードブレーキ手段は少なとも一つのピン要素を備え、該ピン要素は前記トランスミッションをロックするように動作可能であり、これにより、自動車の少なくとも一つの車輪の回転を防ぐ請求項6に記載の自動車。
- 前記始動失敗状態は、アクチュエータ手段が所定の時間内に始動しなかった場合にとられる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の自動車。
