Description
(a)排ガス処理装置に還元剤を分注するために分注ユニットを作動するステップ、
(b)分注ユニットを非活性化するステップ、
(c)少なくとも1つの第1の期間の間、ライン部分において大気圧よりも高い第1の圧力を維持するステップ、
を少なくとも有する方法に関する。
−例えばインジェクタ、送給ポンプ、センサ、バルブ、制御ユニットなどの電気的コンポーネント(への電流の供給)の活性化、
−還元剤の状態パラメータ(温度、圧力など)の決定、
−排ガス処理装置に還元剤の量を分注するための送給要求の決定、
−送給ポンプによるインジェクタへのライン部分における作動圧の設定、
−インジェクタの作動(例えばバルブの開閉)、
−コンポーネント(ライン部分、インジェクタ、送給ポンプなど)の加熱または冷却。したがって、ステップ(a)は、特に所定の作動圧まで、少なくとも1回、ライン部分の重要な圧力上昇を含む。
−例えばインジェクタ、送給ポンプ、センサ、バルブ、制御ユニットなどの電気的コンポーネント(への電流供給の中断)の非活性化、
−コンポーネント(ライン部分、インジェクタ、送給ポンプなど)の加熱/冷却の非活性化、

Claims (10)
- 内燃機関(3)の排ガス浄化用の排ガス処理装置(2)に還元剤を分注するための分注ユニット(1)を作動する方法であって、前記分注ユニット(1)は、少なくとも1つの送給ポンプ(4)および少なくとも1つのインジェクタ(5)、ならびに、前記少なくとも1つの送給ポンプ(4)から前記少なくとも1つのインジェクタ(5)まで還元剤を導く少なくとも1つのライン部分(6)をも有し、
(a)前記排ガス処理装置(2)に還元剤を分注するために前記分注ユニット(1)を作動するステップ、
(b)前記分注ユニット(1)を非活性化するステップ、
(c)少なくとも1つの第1の期間(8)の間、前記ライン部分(6)において大気圧よりも高い第1の圧力(7)を維持するステップ、
を少なくとも有する方法。 - 前記第1の圧力(7)は、ステップ(c)の間、2バールよりも高い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の圧力(7)は、ステップ(c)の間、少なくとも8バールである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(b)の前記非活性化の間、前記第1の圧力(7)への圧力上昇は、前記ライン部分(6)において起こる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の期間(8)が経過した(ステップ(d)あとだけ、前記ライン部分(6)上のリリーフバルブ(9)は、開かれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の圧力(7)は、少なくとも部分的に前記送給ポンプ(4)によって前記ライン部分(6)に発生する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の圧力(7)を維持するための少なくとも1つの維持装置(10)は、前記ライン部分(6)上に設けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、内燃機関(3)のスタート・ストップ状況の存在下で実行される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スタート・ストップ状況の終了後に前記内燃機関(3)が再活性化されるまで、前記ライン部分(6)の前記第1の圧力(7)が少なくとも維持されるように、前記第1の期間は、定義される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 内燃機関(3)を有して、前記内燃機関(3)の排ガス浄化用の排ガス処理装置(2)を有して、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法により作動されるように設計される分注ユニット(1)を有する自動車両(11)。
