Description
1.周囲温度Tambが計測され;
2.Tambが設定点値T1と比較され;
3.Tamb<T1である場合、加熱装置が起動されると共にTambが再度計測され;Tambが第2の設定点値T2(T2>T1である)と比較され;Tamb≦T2である場合、加熱装置の起動が維持され;
4.Tamb>T2である場合、加熱装置が停止されると共に、本方法の第1のステップに戻る。
1.タンク中の温度Tresが計測され;
2.EPA時間が測定され;タイマーが始動され:
3.Tresが再度計測され;
4.Tresが設定点温度T3と比較されると共に、カウンターの値がEPAと比較され;
5.Tres<T3である場合であって、かつ、カウンターの値が<EPAである場合、本方法は、上記のステップに進み;
6.ポンプが始動されると共に、ポンプ出口での圧力レベルが計測され;
7.圧力レベルが安定化されていると共に設定点レベルPに対応している場合、噴射器が起動され;
8.圧力レベルが安定化されていないか、または、時間t0後に設定点レベルPに対応していない場合、ポンプは待機時間t1の間停止され;本方法はステップ6に戻る。
1.タンク中の温度Tresが計測され;
2.Tresが設定点値T4と比較され;
3.Tres>T4である場合、本方法はステップ2に進み;
4.Tres<T4である場合、加熱装置が起動され、タイマーが始動されると共に、タイマー値が計測され;タイマー値が値t3未満である場合、本方法は、ステップ4に戻り;
5.加熱装置が停止されると共に、時間t4後にタンク中の温度Tresが計測され;Tresが設定点温度T5未満である場合、本方法はステップ4に戻り;
6.本方法はステップ1に戻る。
1.構成要素中の液体の温度(Tcpt)が測定されると共に、第1の設定点(T0)と比較され;
2.温度(Tcpt)が第1の設定点(T0)を超えている場合、ステップ1が繰り返され;
3.温度(Tcpt)が第1の設定点(T0)以下である場合、加熱装置が作動され;
4.加熱装置が作動されている時間が計測されると共に、この時間が時間t1を超えた場合に加熱装置が停止され;
5.温度(Tcpt)が時間t2後に測定されると共に、第2の設定点(T1であってT1>T0である)と比較され;温度(Tcpt)が第2の設定点(T1)以下である場合には、加熱装置が作動されると共にステップ4が繰り返され;
6.温度(Tcpt)が第2の設定点(T1)を超えている場合、加熱装置が停止されると共にステップ1が繰り返される。
Claims (7)
- 尿素構成要素のほかに、温度センサ、構成要素中の加熱装置を備えるSCRシステムの前記構成要素を加熱する方法であって:
1.構成要素中の液体の温度(Tcpt)が測定されると共に、第1の設定点(T0)と比較され;
2.温度(Tcpt)が第1の設定点(T0)を超えている場合、ステップ1が繰り返され;
3.温度(Tcpt)が第1の設定点(T0)以下である場合、加熱装置が作動され、
4.加熱装置が作動されている時間が計測されると共に、この時間が時間t1を超えた場合に加熱装置が停止され;
5.温度(Tcpt)が、加熱装置が停止された瞬間から時間t2が経過した後に測定されると共に、第2の設定点(T1であってT1>T0である)と比較され;温度(Tcpt)が第2の設定点(T1)以下である場合には、加熱装置が作動されると共にステップ4が繰り返され;
6.温度(Tcpt)が第2の設定点(T1)を超えている場合、加熱装置が停止されると共にステップ1が繰り返される
方法。 - 構成要素中の液体が尿素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 構成要素がタンクである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 加熱装置が可撓性ヒータである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1の設定点(T0)が尿素の凝固点以上である、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1の設定点(T0)が、尿素のエージング後の尿素の濃度に対応する凝固点以上である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 時間t1が、温度(Tcpt)がセーフガード温度(Tsaf)を超えるために必要な時間に相当し、ここで、Tsaf<Toverであって、Toverはオーバーヒート温度である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
