Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの弁ハウジング(10)と、前記弁ハウジング(10)内で移動可能に配置された少なくとも1つの弁体と、タンク側および接続側または大気側にある少なくとも1つのガス抜き開口部とを備え、該ガス抜き開口部は、前記弁体を弁座内で保持する法線力に対する横方向の力が予め定められた力を越えるとタンクの位置に応じて前記弁体によって開閉することができるガス抜き経路(16)を形成し、前記弁体は、前記弁座から持ち上げられまたは偏移され得るものであり、この持ち上げられまたは偏移されることによって前記ガス抜き経路(16)を開き、前記横方向の力が前記予め定められた力を下回ると自動的に再び前記ガス抜き経路(16)を閉じる位置を取り、前記弁体が、前記タンク側の過剰圧力が該弁体に液圧的に作用し、それによって該弁体が前記弁座に押し付けられるように配置されていることを特徴とする自動車の燃料タンクまたは二次流体タンク用の均圧弁(5)。
- 前記弁体が、重力作動によって弁座内で保持され、設置位置における基準面、好ましくは水平面に対する横方向傾斜が予め定められた傾斜を越えると、または前記タンクの横方向加速が予め定められた加速を越えると、前記弁座から持ち上げられるかまたは偏移されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の均圧弁。
- 前記弁体がボール(15)として構成され、該ボールが、設置位置では、水平基準面内にほぼ延在する環状の弁座を閉じることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の均圧弁。
- 前記基準面の略水平方向の配置で、前記弁体が、自重作動によってのみ弁座と協働するその位置を取ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の均圧弁。
- 弁体チャンバ(14)が前記弁ハウジング(10)内に設けられ、その中に弁体が移動自在に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の均圧弁。
- 前記弁体チャンバ(14)が、タンク側で開いている少なくとも1つの入口開口部(18)と、前記弁体の弁座を形成し、かつ前記基準面で位置合わせされると前記弁体によって閉じられる1つの出口開口部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の均圧弁。
- 前記弁座が、前記設置位置における前記弁体チャンバ(14)の下部に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の均圧弁。
- 前記弁座が、前記弁体チャンバ(14)の底部の窪みまたは凹部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の均圧弁。
- 前記タンク側にある前記ガス抜き開口部内に、ガスに対してのみ透過性である少なくとも1つの膜(21)または多孔質の封止体が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の均圧弁。
- 充填状態に応じて作動させることができる少なくとも1つの補給時ガス抜き弁と、少なくとも1つの運転時ガス抜き弁とを備えている自動車用の燃料タンクまたは二次流体タンクであって、前記運転時ガス抜き弁が、前記タンクの位置に応じて大気側にある少なくとも1つのガス抜き開口部を開閉する過剰充填防止弁として構成されていることを特徴とするタンク。
- 前記過剰充填防止弁が、請求項1〜9の特徴のうち少なくとも1つを備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のタンク。
