Description
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関用ピストンの製造方法であって、燃焼室キャビティの側から鋳造ピストンブランク内に、略半径方向に溝を形成し、その後、実質的に当該溝を閉じて、クーリングチャンネルを形成する製造方法。
- 前記溝を金属板によって閉じることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属板を、少なくとも一部において、再溶融させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ピストンの外側からさらに半径方向に溝を掘り、材料を充填し、環状溝を前記材料に彫り込むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- クーリングチャンネルと燃焼室キャビティとの間に、鋳造および処理の後に取り付けられた閉止材を備える内燃機関用ピストン。
- 前記閉止材は金属板であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のピストン。
- 前記金属板は、少なくとも一部において、再溶融されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のピストン。
- 外側から形成された溝に充填された材料の中に形成された環状溝を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のピストン。
