Claims (8)
- エンジン用の一体型ピストンをピストンブランクから製造する方法であって、
ピストンブランク(1)を鍛造し、引き続き
ピストンリングバンドと箱形のピストンスカートとの間に環状の凹所(7)を機械加工し、この場合、ピストンスカートは、ピストンクラウンにおいて垂下したピストンボスと結合されており、
ピストンリングバンドの高さにおいてピストンクラウンにおいて環状に延びた、下方へ開放した冷却ダクト(8)を機械加工し、
ボスボア(9)を製造し、ピストン(6)の外輪郭を仕上げ、
下方へ開放した冷却ダクトをカバーリングで閉鎖する方法において、
各スカート領域(4a,4b)におけるスカートの上端部がピストンクラウンの下方の半径方向内側の領域に結合部(13)を介して結合されたままであるように、環状の凹所(7)を機械加工することを特徴とする、エンジン用の一体型ピストンをピストンブランクから製造する方法。 - 前記環状の凹所(7)の軸方向高さが、少なくとも、冷却ダクトの軸方向高さと同じである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記カバーリング(10)が2つの部分に分割されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 冷却ダクトを機械加工するステップが、旋削工具を冷却ダクト(8)における凹所に挿入し、冷却ダクトを所望の形状にするために旋削工具を軸方向及び半径方向に調整することを含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- ピストン材料として、鍛造可能な耐熱性の鋼が使用される、請求項1記載の方法。
- ピストン材料として、鍛造可能なアルミニウム合金が使用される、請求項1記載の方法。
- スカートの上端部とクラウンの下方の半径方向内側領域との結合部が全周に亘って延びている、請求項1記載の方法。
- スカートの上端部とクラウンの下方の半径方向内側領域との結合部が支柱状である、請求項1記載の方法。
