- 一体型光起電力セル付きディスプレイデバイス(1)であって、
(a)発光する、または画像ゾーン(4)のアレイ(3)の背後に設置された光源(2)により背面照明される、画像ゾーン(4)のアレイ(3)と、
(b)複数の光起電力セル(7、8)と、アレイ(6)の隣接する二つの光起電力セル間に形成された複数のオリフィス(13)とによって形成されるアレイ(6)と、
(c)隣接する二つの光起電力セル(7、8)間のオリフィス(13)の中に、前記画像ゾーン(4)により発出される光を集束させることを可能にするレンズアレイ(5)と、

- 外部面上にタッチ層またはタッチフィルムを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のディスプレイデバイス(1)。
- 異なる光起電力セルの二つのアセンブリを含み、その一方が周辺光または外部光(20)の光起電力変換用であり、もう一方がピクセルおよび/またはそのバックライトに由来する散乱光または内部光の光起電力変換用であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のディスプレイデバイス(1)。
- 光起電力プレートの外部面に配置され外部光を変換することを目的とする第一の光起電力セルアセンブリと、光起電力プレートの内部面に配置され内部光を変換することを目的とする第二の光起電力セルアセンブリとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のディスプレイデバイス(1)。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載のディスプレイデバイス(1)を内蔵するポータブル式または固定式の電子機器。
- 好ましくは軟質または半硬質の透明な基板またはフィルム(62)を備え、前記フィルムがレンズアレイ(11)を備え、前記フィルムが光起電力セル(7、8)のアレイ(5)を備え、前記光起電力セル(7)が、好ましくは、連続または不連続の少なくとも一つの保護層(17)によって保護されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載のディスプレイデバイス(1)の製造のための、一体型レンズ付き光起電力プレート(60)。
- 平滑な外部表面(63)を有するデジタルディスプレイスクリーン(66)を準備し、請求項15に記載の一体型レンズ付き光起電力プレート(65)を準備し、そして前記デジタルディスプレイスクリーン(66)に前記一体型レンズ付き光起電力フィルム(65)を好ましくは接着によって固定して、一体型光起電力セル付きデジタルディスプレイスクリーン(1)を形成する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の一体型光起電力セル付きディスプレイデバイス(1)の製造方法。
