Description
[0001]本出願は米国仮特許出願61/446752号(2011年2月25日提出)に関連し、それから得られる全ての利益について権利主張し、その出願の全ての内容が参考文献として本明細書に取り込まれる。
[0013]アルキルエステルコポリマーは、ランダム、ブロックおよびグラフトコポリマーを形成する工程を含む、当分野で周知のプロセスに従って製造することができる。そのような製造プロセスとしては、(これらに限定はされないが)Ansponに発行された米国特許3350372号(“Anspon”)に記載されたものがある。Ansponに開示されているように、本発明に係るアルキルエステルコポリマーは、ラウロイルペルオキシドまたはカプリルペルオキシドのような遊離基重合開始剤の存在下での約2〜約8個の炭素原子のオレフィンとα,β-エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸のアルキルエステルの連続重合によって調製することができる。アルキルエステルコポリマーを形成するために用いることのできるオレフィンには、2〜8個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンが含まれる。適当なオレフィンの非限定的な例としては、エチレン、プロピレン、ブチレン、ペンテン-1、3-メチルブテン-1、4-メチルペンテン-1、およびヘキセンがある。好ましくは、オレフィンはエチレン、プロピレンおよびブチレンであり、最も好ましくは、オレフィンはエチレンである。

Claims (10)
- 表面を有していて溶融加工可能なフルオロポリマーを含むフルオロポリマー層と、このフルオロポリマー層の全体に分散した官能化ポリマーとを含むフィルムであって、官能化ポリマーの一部は、第二層に接合するためにフルオロポリマー層の表面に配置されていて、そして溶融加工可能なフルオロポリマーは、フルオロポリマー層の約80〜約99.5重量%の量で存在する、前記フィルム。
- 官能化ポリマーはフルオロポリマー層の約0.5〜約20重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 溶融加工可能なフルオロポリマーは、フルオロポリマー層の約90〜約99重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 溶融加工可能なフルオロポリマーは、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン、エチレン-クロロトリフルオロエチレンコポリマー、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、テトラフルオロエチレン-ペルフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)コポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン-ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン-エチレンコポリマー、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 官能化ポリマーは、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリレートのコポリマーおよびエチレン-アクリル酸エステル-グリシジルメタクリレートのターポリマーを含めたグリシジルメタクリレートポリマー、エチレン-エチルアクリレート-無水マレイン酸のターポリマーを含めたエチレン-アクリル酸エステル-無水マレイン酸のターポリマー、約2〜約8個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンとα,β-エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸のアルキルエステルコポリマー、約2〜約8個の炭素原子および不飽和カルボン酸と酸無水物からなる群から選択される官能性部分を有するオレフィンを含む改質ポリオレフィン、およびこれらの混合物、からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 改質ポリオレフィンは、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸、フマル酸、クロトン酸、無水シトラコン酸および無水イタコン酸からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの官能性部分を含み、その少なくとも一つの官能性部分は改質ポリオレフィンの約0.001〜約10重量%の量で存在する、請求項5に記載のフィルム。
- 改質ポリオレフィンは、それぞれが改質ポリオレフィンの約90〜約99.99重量%および約0.001〜約10重量%の量で存在するポリエチレンと無水マレイン酸を含む、請求項5に記載のフィルム。
- 改質ポリオレフィンは無水マレイン酸、ビニルアセテート、エチレン-プロピレンゴムおよびポリエチレンを含み、無水マレイン酸、ビニルアセテートおよびエチレン-プロピレンは、それぞれが改質ポリオレフィンの約0.001〜約10重量%、約40重量%以下および約40重量%以下の量で存在し、そして改質ポリオレフィンの残りの部分はポリエチレンである、請求項5に記載のフィルム。
- アルキルエステルコポリマーは、それぞれがアルキルエステルコポリマーの約50〜約95重量%および約5〜約50重量%の量で存在するオレフィンと少なくとも1種のα,β-エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸を含む、請求項5に記載のフィルム。
- アルキルエステルコポリマーは、エチレン-メチルアクリレート、エチレン-エチルアクリレート、エチレン-メチルメタクリレート、エチレン-エチルメタクリレート、エチレン-ブチルアクリレート、エチレン-ブチルメタクリレート、およびこれらのコポリマーと混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載のフィルム。
