Abstract

[分野]
本出願は、薄いフィルムおよびシートでの使用に適したエラストマー配合物に関する。
エラストマー材料は、おむつの分野などを含めた様々な分野において長く使用されてきた。おむつの分野では、エラストマー材料は、ウエストおよび脚の周りの弾性カフ、ならびにおむつを子供の胴の周りに留めるのに使用される接着タブを含めた、おむつのいくつかのパーツで使用されてきた。おむつの本体部分とタブ部分はいずれも、エラストマーフィルムを利用する。おむつのような製品の弾性部分のフィルムは、身体に極めて近接しているので、長期間にわたって機械的応力および高温に曝される可能性がある。
フィルムを加工する能力を改善し、引裂き抵抗を改善し、さらに接着性を改善するために、薄いフィルムおよびシートに使用される公知のエラストマー組成物を改善することが有利と考えられる。

Claims (14)
- 約90,000〜100,000の数平均分子量を有する水素化SEEPSブロックコポリマー55〜60重量%と、
ポリスチレン7〜12重量%と、
油15〜30重量%と
を含む、エラストマー組成物。 - 65〜75℃のガラス転移温度(Tg℃)および約700〜800の数平均分子量を有する水素化脂肪族炭化水素樹脂5〜20重量%
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエラストマー組成物。 - 前記水素化SEEPSブロックコポリマーが、イソプレン対1,3ブタジエンの質量比46/54〜44/56を有する、請求項1に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 前記水素化ブロックコポリマーが、イソプレン対1,3ブタジエンの質量比46/54〜44/56を有する、請求項2に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 前記水素化ブロックコポリマーが、イソプレン対1,3ブタジエンの質量比45/55を有する、請求項2に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 前記油が前記エラストマー組成物の16〜20重量%を構成し、前記ポリスチレンが8〜10重量%を構成し、前記水素化脂肪族炭化水素樹脂が10〜16重量%を構成する、請求項4に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 65〜75℃のガラス転移温度(Tg℃)および650〜750の数平均分子量を有する水素化脂肪族炭化水素樹脂5〜20重量%
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエラストマー組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のエラストマー組成物を含むフィルムであって、前記フィルムは2〜10ミルの厚さを有するフィルム。
- ポリスチレン7〜10重量%、油15〜20重量%および水素化脂肪族炭化水素樹脂10〜16重量%を含む、請求項2に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 前記水素化SEEPSブロックコポリマーが、イソプレン対1,3ブタジエンの質量比45/55を有する、請求項2に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- (a)約90,000〜100,000の数平均分子量を有する水素化SEEPSブロックコポリマー55〜60(重量%)と、(b)ポリスチレン7〜12(重量%)と、(c)油15〜30(重量%)とをブレンドすることを含む、エラストマー組成物を製造する方法であって、
前記ブレンドされた組成物が混合物を形成する、方法。 - 65〜75℃のガラス転移温度(Tg℃)および約700〜800の数平均分子量を有する水素化脂肪族炭化水素樹脂5〜20重量%をブレンドすること
