Description
R8及びR10はそれぞれ独立して単結合、C1-4のアルキレン又はC6-12のアリーレンであり、
R9はC1-4のアルキレン又はC6-12のアリーレンで、
X及びYはそれぞれ独立して酸素または窒素原子であり、
X又はYが酸素原子の場合、p及びqはそれぞれ1で、
X又はYが窒素原子の場合、p及びqはそれぞれ2である。
図1は、従来の装飾フィルムの構成図であり、上から、基材層10、金属処理層20、接着樹脂層30、被着フィルム層40で構成される。
基材層として厚さ30μmの無処理一般PETを使用し、10-4トルの真空及び1,400℃の温度でアルミニウムを真空蒸着して基材層下部に厚さ400Åの金属処理層を形成した。次に、被着フィルム層として厚さ100μmの軟質PVCフィルム(可塑剤25重量%含有)に接着樹脂組成物を塗布して厚さ10μmの接着樹脂層を形成した後、前で製造した金属処理層が形成された基材層と乾燥ラミネーションを実施して装飾フィルムを製造した。
実施例1と同様だが、促進剤として式10のグリシジルアミン化合物を使用した。
実施例1と同様だが、基材層としてSKC社のSL10製品(PETとポリエステル樹脂の共押出シート、厚さ30μm)を使用した。
実施例1と同様だが、促進剤として式9のアジリジン化合物を使用した。
実施例1と同様だが、促進剤を使用しなかった。
実施例1と同様だが、促進剤としてDBTDL0.1重量部を使用した。
実施例1と同様だが、促進剤としてDBTDL0.5重量部を使用した。
実施例1と同様だが、接着樹脂として通常のポリウレタン2液型樹脂を使用し、金属処理層を形成する前にプライマー層を形成した。
実施例と比較例の装飾フィルムに対して架橋度及び耐熱湯性を試験し、その結果は表2の通りである。
実施例3と比較例4の装飾フィルムに対して剥離試験を実施、その結果は表3の通りである。
Claims (23)
- 接着樹脂及びアミン系促進剤を含有する装飾フィルム用接着樹脂組成物。
- アミン系促進剤は、活性水素と反応可能な官能基を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾フィルム用接着樹脂組成物。
- 活性水素は、−OH基、−COOH基、及び−NH−基から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装飾フィルム用接着樹脂組成物。
- 官能基は、グリシジル基及びアジリジン基から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装飾フィルム用接着樹脂組成物。
- アミン系促進剤は、アジリジン化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾フィルム用接着樹脂組成物。
- アミン系促進剤は、グリシジルアミン化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾フィルム用接着樹脂組成物。
- 基材層;
基材層下部に形成される金属処理層;及び
金属処理層下部に形成され、接着樹脂及びアミン系促進剤を含有する接着樹脂層を含む装飾フィルム。 - アミン系促進剤は、アジリジン化合物及びグリシジルアミン化合物から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 接着樹脂層下部に形成される被着フィルム層をさらに含む請求項9に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 基材層上部に形成される表面処理層をさらに含む請求項9又は11に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 基材層下部にヘアラインが形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 結晶性樹脂層と非結晶性樹脂層からなる基材層;
非結晶性樹脂層下部に形成される金属処理層;及び
金属処理層下部に形成され、接着樹脂及びアミン系促進剤を含有する接着樹脂層を含む装飾フィルム。 - 結晶性樹脂層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 非結晶性樹脂層は、ポリエステル樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 基材層は、結晶性樹脂層と非結晶性樹脂層が共押出された共押出シートであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 基材層は透明層であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 非結晶性樹脂層のガラス転移温度は40〜80℃であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 非結晶性樹脂層にヘアラインが形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装飾フィルム。
- アミン系促進剤は、アジリジン化合物及びグリシジルアミン化合物から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 接着樹脂層の下部に形成される被着フィルム層をさらに含む請求項14に記載の装飾フィルム。
- 基材層上部に形成される表面処理層をさらに含む請求項14又は22に記載の装飾フィルム。
