Claims (10)
- 延長メンブレンと、該延長メンブレンを作動させる作動要素とを含む骨再生のための延長装置において、
前記作動要素がラックとして形成されていることを特徴とする延長装置。 - 前記ラックが湾曲している、請求項1に記載の延長装置。
- 前記延長メンブレンが前記ラックの端部に固定されている、請求項1又は2に記載の延長装置。
- 前記延長メンブレンが少なくとも一つの方向でアーチ状に形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の延長装置。
- 前記延長装置が、前記ラックを移動させるための伝動装置、特にセルフロック式伝動装置を含み、前記伝動装置が、再生すべき骨の領域内で、特に口腔内で不動に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の延長装置。
- 前記伝動装置が、通路を有するハウジング及びネジ山体を含み、前記ラックが、長手方向で前記通路を通って少なくとも実質的に遊びなしで前記ハウジングに差し通され、前記ネジ山体が、前記ラックと作用噛合するように前記ハウジング内で回転自在に搭載されている、請求項5に記載の延長装置。
- 前記伝動装置が、固定装置により、再生すべき骨の領域内で、特に口腔内で不動に配置される、請求項5又は6に記載の延長装置。
- 前記延長装置が顎領域での仮骨延長に適している、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の延長装置。
- 顎領域での延長による骨再生の際に使用される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の延長装置。
- 骨再生のための医療用メンブレンと、ラックと、錠と、ネジ山体とを含むキットであって、前記ラックが前記錠に差し込まれ、前記ネジ山体が、前記ネジ山体のネジ山が前記ラックの歯に噛み合うように前記錠内に搭載されているキット。
