Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 自動車における内装部材として使用されるフォームコアを作る方法であって、
前記フォームコアに対する硬さ及び支持を与える第1密度を有する硬質フォームをモールド内に分散させるステップと、
前記フォームコアに快適さ及び感触を与える、前記第1密度よりも低い第2密度を有する軟質フォームを前記モールド内に分散させるステップと、
前記モールドを加熱して前記硬質フォーム及び前記軟質フォームを固化させることで前記フォームコアが形成されるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記硬質フォームと前記軟質フォームとを分離するべく前記硬質フォームと前記軟質フォームとの間に不浸透性バリアを配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記不浸透性バリアを配置するステップはさらに、前記硬質フォームと前記軟質フォームとを分離するべく前記硬質フォームと前記軟質フォームとの間にフィルムを配置することとして定められる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記不浸透性バリアを配置するステップはさらに、前記硬質フォームと前記軟質フォームとを分離するべく前記硬質フォーム上にスキン層を形成することとして定められる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記軟質フォームを前記モールド内に分散させるステップはさらに、前記モールド内に低密度ポリウレタンフォームを分散させることとして定められる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質フォームを前記モールド内に分散させるステップはさらに、前記モールド内に高密度ポリウレタンフォームを分散させることとして定められる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記軟質フォームを前記モールド内に分散させるステップはさらに、ファンネルを通して軟質フォームをモールド内に分散させることとして定められる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質フォームを前記モールド内に分散させるステップはさらに、ファンネルを通して硬質フォームをモールド内に分散させることとして定められる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記フォームコアに係合するように支柱部分を前記モールド内に配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モールドを加熱するステップの前に、前記モールドを密封するべくモールド蓋をモールド鉢状体に適用するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フォームコアの全体に外カバーを配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 自動車における内装部材として使用されるフォーム組付体であって、
硬質フォーム及び軟質フォームを有するフォームコアを含み、
前記硬質フォームは、前記フォームコアに対して硬さ及び支持を与える第1密度を有し、
前記軟質フォームは、前記フォームコアに快適さ及び感触を与える、前記第1密度よりも低い第2密度を有するフォーム組付体。 - 前記硬質フォームと前記軟質フォームとを分離するべく前記硬質フォームと前記軟質フォームとの間に配置される不浸透性バリアをさらに含む、請求項12に記載のフォーム組付体。
- 前記フォームコアは、少なくとも一つの支柱を有する支柱部分のまわりに配置され、
前記少なくとも一つの支柱は、前記フォームコアから延びて前記フォームコアを第2内装部材に係合させる、請求項12に記載のフォーム組付体。 - 前記軟質フォームは低密度ポリウレタンフォームであり、かつ、前記硬質フォームは高密度ポリウレタンフォームである、請求項12に記載のフォーム組付体。
