Abstract
【解決手段】自動車用のストラット型懸架装置12において、コイルばね本体11の上側座巻部32が上側座22に着座し、下側座巻部34が下側座24に着座する懸架コイルばねであって、前記装着状態において上側座22と上側座巻部32とが、上側座巻部32上の二箇所の上側接触点P1,P2で実質的に接触し、装着状態において下側座24と下側座巻部34とが、下側座巻部34上の一箇所の下側接触点P3で実質的に接触し、かつ、二点の上側接触点P1,P2を上側座巻部32の車両の前後方向に離間するよう配設すると共に、一点の下側接触点P3を下側座24の二点の上側接触点P1,P1を通り座巻中心軸に平行な平面より車両外側の位置に配設する。

Description
自動車用のストラット型懸架装置における上側座と下側座との間に装着され、装着状態においてコイルばね本体の上側座巻が前記上側座に着座し、前記コイルばね本体の下側座巻が前記下側座に着座する懸架コイルばねであって、
前記装着状態において、前記上側座と前記上側座巻とが、前記上側座巻上の二箇所の上側接触点で実質的に接触し、
前記装着状態において、前記下側座と前記下側座巻とが、前記下側座巻上の一箇所の下側接触点で実質的に接触し、
かつ、二点の前記上側接触点を前記上側座巻の車両の前後方向に離間するよう配設すると共に、一点の前記下側接触点を前記下側座の前記二点の上側接触点を通り座巻中心軸に平行な平面より車両外側の位置に配設する。

Claims (8)
- 自動車用のストラット型懸架装置における上側座と下側座との間に装着され、装着状態においてコイルばね本体の上側座巻が前記上側座に着座し、前記コイルばね本体の下側座巻が前記下側座に着座する懸架コイルばねであって、
前記装着状態において、前記上側座と前記上側座巻とが、前記上側座巻上の二箇所の上側接触点で実質的に接触し、
前記装着状態において、前記下側座と前記下側座巻とが、前記下側座巻上の一箇所の下側接触点で実質的に接触し、
かつ、二点の前記上側接触点を前記上側座巻の車両の前後方向に離間するよう配設すると共に、一点の前記下側接触点を前記下側座の前記二点の上側接触点を通り座巻中心軸に平行な平面より車両外側の位置に配設したことを特徴とする懸架コイルばね。 - 前記上側座巻が前記上側座の中心点を通り車両左右方向に延在する線分に対して略対称となるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の懸架コイルばね。
- 前記下側座巻を逆ピッチとしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の懸架コイルばね。
- 前記上側座巻が前記上側座と接触する二点を結ぶ前記車両の前後方向に延在する線分が、前記上側座巻の中心位置に対し前記車両の左右方向の所定範囲内に位置するよう設定したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の懸架コイルばね。
- 前記所定範囲を前記上側座巻の巻数で0.4巻以上0.6巻以下の範囲とすると共に、前記上側座巻が前記上側座の中心点を通り車両左右方向に延在する線分に対して略対称となるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の懸架コイルばね。
- 装着前の自由状態において、前記コイルばね本体のコイル軸が直線となるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の懸架コイルばね。
- 前記上側座巻が前記上側座とが実質的に接触する二点を結ぶ前記車両の前後方向に延在する線分が、前記上側座の中心点を通り車両前後方向に延在する線分上又は、該車両前後方向に延在する線分に対して略平行となるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の懸架コイルばね。
- 請求項1乃至7記載のいずれか一項に記載の懸架コイルばねを備えたストラット型懸架装置。
