Abstract
【解決手段】プッシャーガイドワイヤ1において、先端コイル体14の後端14aが、コアシャフト12の第一先端部12aに固定されておらず自由端になっているため、コアシャフトを後端方向に引っ張って、自由端である先端コイル体の後端を解放途中のステント10の間隙11に引っ掛けた状態でコアシャフトを回転させることで、カテーテル2の先端口24から解放されたステントの先端部11を先端コイル体の外周に巻き付けることができる。ステントを巻き付けた状態でコアシャフトを更に後端方向に引っ張ることで、解放途中のステントをカテーテル内に回収することができ、その結果、ステントによる正常な血管の内壁への損傷を防止することができる。

Claims (5)
- ステントを目的部位までデリバリーするためのプッシャーガイドワイヤにおいて、
前記プッシャーガイドワイヤは、
コアシャフトと、
前記コアシャフトの先端部を被覆するコイル体と、
前記コアシャフトの前記先端部と前記コイル体とを接合する接合部と、を備えており、
前記コイル体の後端は、前記コアシャフトに固定されておらず、自由端であることを特徴としたプッシャーガイドワイヤ。 - 前記コイル体の外径は、前記コイル体の先端から前記接合部までの外径よりも前記接合部から前記コイル体の前記後端までの外径の方が大きいことを特徴とした請求項1に記載のプッシャーガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コイル体を構成する素線の素線径は、前記コイル体の先端から前記接合部までよりも前記接合部から前記コイル体の前記後端までの方が太いことを特徴とした請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプッシャーガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コイル体の巻きピッチは、前記コイル体の先端から前記接合部までよりも前記接合部から前記コイル体の前記後端までの方が広いことを特徴とした請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載のプッシャーガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コイル体の前記後端には、係止手段が設けられていることを特徴とした請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかに記載のプッシャーガイドワイヤ。
