Description
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも一個の金属製の第一部材(3,18)であって、内側に位置する当該第一部材(3、18)のジャケット部(7,19)が、外側に位置する第二部材(2、17)のジャケット部(5,24)内において同心で配置されるように、金属製の前記第二部材(2、17)に挿入される第一部材(3、18)と、
外側に位置する前記ジャケット部(5,24)を、内側に位置する前記ジャケット部(7,19)に固定結合する少なくとも1個の溶接部(10)とを備え、
外側に位置する前記ジャケット部(5,24)内でその内側に位置する前記ジャケット部(7,19)を中央配置するための複数の中央配置用外形(11、12)が設けられ、当該中央配置用外形(11、12)は、外側に位置する前記ジャケット部(5,24)上において内側に突出して形成され、及び/又は内側に位置する前記ジャケット部(7、19)上において外側に突出して一体的に形成され、かつ周方向(6)に互いに間隔をおいて配置されている、内燃エンジンの排気システム用の排気システム構成部品。 - 前記第二部材(2、17)は、少なくとも1個の貫通穴(4)を有する底部材(2)により構成され、
外側に位置する前記ジャケット部(5,24)は、前記底部材(2)の枠(5)により形成され、当該枠(5)は、前記各貫通穴(4)を囲い、前記底部材(2)から突出して当該底部材(2)上に一体的に形成され、
前記第一部材(3、18)は、付属部材(3)により形成され、当該付属部材(3)は、前記貫通穴(4)内において前記底部材(2)を貫通し、
内側に位置する前記ジャケット部(7、19)は、前記貫通穴(4)内に位置する前記付属部材(3)の前記ジャケット部(7)により形成され、
前記中央配置用外形(11、12)は、前記枠(5)内の前記ジャケット部(7、19)を中央配置し、内側に突出して前記枠(5)上に一体的に形成され、及び/又は外側に突出して前記ジャケット部(7)上に一体的に形成される請求項1に記載の排気システム構成部品。 - 前記底部材(2)は、排気ガス再処理装置のハウジングにおける底端部であり、前記付属部材(3)は、当該排気ガス再処理装置の吸気パイプ又は排気パイプである請求項2に記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 前記底部材(2)は、ハウジングの2つの底端部間に配置される排気ガス再処理装置のハウジングにおける中間底である請求項2に記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 前記付属部材(3)は、混合部を形成する混合パイプ又は還元剤を用いて排気ガス流を混合させる静的ミキサー(18)の少なくとも1個の排気ガス再処理エレメント(14)を受けるためのカバーパイプである請求項4に記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 前記第一部材(3、18)は、静的ミキサー(18)により形成され、
前記第二部材(2、17)は、前記静的ミキサー(18)が挿入される排気ガス輸送排気パイプ(17)により形成され、
内側に位置するジャケット部は、前記静的ミキサー(18)の前記ジャケット部(19)により形成され、前記静的ミキサー(18)の混合構造(21)を囲み、
外側に位置するジャケット部は、前記排気パイプ(17)のパイプ部(24)により形成され、この位置に、前記静的ミキサー(18)の前記ジャケット部(19)が配置され、
前記中央配置用外形(11,12)は、前記排気パイプ(17)内で前記ジャケット部(19)を中央配置し、内側に突出して前記排気パイプ(17)上に一体的に形成され、及び/又は、外側に突出して前記ジャケット部(19)上に一体的に形成される請求項1に記載の排気システム構成部品。 - 外側に位置する前記各中央配置用外形(11)は、内側に位置する前記ジャケット部(7、19)の前記外側輪郭(8)上で自身を支持している請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 内側に位置する前記各中央配置用外形(12)は、外側に位置する前記ジャケット部(5、24)の前記内側輪郭(9)上で自身を支持する請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 内側に位置する前記ジャケット部(7、19)の前記外側輪郭(8)と外側に位置する前記ジャケット部(5、24)の前記内側輪郭(9)との半径方向における間には、前記中央配置用外形(11、12)により橋渡しされて形成される径方向空隙(13)が設けられている請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 少なくとも1個の前記中央配置用外形(11、12)は、外側に位置する前記ジャケット部(5、24)又は内側に位置する前記ジャケット部(7、19)における局所的な塑性加工により形成される請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 少なくとも1個の前記中央配置用外形(11、12)が、突起又は玉部材により形成される請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれかに記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 前記各玉部材が、軸方向に延びて配設されている請求項11に記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 前記各溶接部(10)は、周方向(6)に閉じた溶接継目(27)として構成され、当該各溶接継目(27)は、前記中央配置用外形(11、12)から軸方向に間隔を置くことができる請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれかに記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 複数の前記溶接部(10)は、スポット溶接部(26)として構成され、周方向(6)に互いに間隔をおいて配置されている請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の排気システム構成部品。
- 前記各中央配置用外形(11、12)は、周方向(6)及び/又は軸方向(25)に前記溶接部(10)から間隔をおいて配置されている請求項14に記載の排気システム構成部品。
