Claims (1)
- 排ガス通路(19,32,36)内に供給された還元剤を排ガスと混合するミキサー(14)が、排ガスの流通方向(28,33,37)で触媒コンバータ(13)よりも上流側に配設される排ガス浄化装置において、前記ミキサー(14)が、前記排ガス通路(19,32,36)の一部を形成する円筒部(23)と、該円筒部(23)の半径方向に沿って延びる複数のスリット状の開口部(25)を有しつつ前記円筒部(23)の一端部に外周が連設される端板部(24)とを有して有底カップ状に形成され、前記触媒コンバータ(13)の外郭を構成する円筒状のケーシング(17)が、該ケーシング(17)の上流端部内に前記円筒部(23)の一端部を嵌合させるように形成され、排ガスを前記ミキサー(14)に導くようにして横断面形状を円形とした筒部材(21,34,39)の下流端部と、前記円筒部(23)の他端部とが相互に嵌合され、前記ケーシング(17)の前記上流端部および前記筒部材(21,34,39)の下流端部に、前記円筒部(23)の前記一端部および前記他端部が前記排ガス通路(19,32,36)の外側で溶接されることを特徴とする排ガス浄化装置。
