(実施形態1)
図1A、1B〜図4A、4Bに示すように、本実施形態の排気攪拌装置10は、排気流路を流れる排ガスを攪拌する排気攪拌装置である。排気攪拌装置10は、排気流路を形成する流路部材(第1の流路部材2)の内面に配設された筒状の枠部11と、枠部11に対して径方向に架け渡すように配設された複数の支持部12と、枠部11の中心軸X及びその周囲を枠部11の軸方向において遮蔽する遮蔽部13とを備えている。
Catalytic Reduction:選択触媒還元)方式の触媒である。触媒4は、排気流路における拡径流路の下流側(具体的には第5の管部2E内)に設けられている。
図1Aに示すように、内燃機関から排出された排ガスは、排気流路によって排気攪拌装置10へ導かれ、排気攪拌装置10を通過した後に触媒4へ導かれる。一方、噴射装置5から噴射された還元剤は、還元剤流路によって排気流路の中心部まで導かれてから排ガスと合流する。
本実施形態の排気攪拌装置10において、枠部11及び複数の支持部12は、複数の組付部材10A、10Bを組み付けて構成されている。そして、組付部材10A、10Bは、第1骨格部121とその第1骨格部121の一端から弧状に延設された第2骨格部111とを有し、第1骨格部121及び第2骨格部111にそれぞれ羽根部14を設けている。そのため、枠部11及び複数の支持部12に多くの羽根部14を効率良く配置することができ、排ガスの拡散性を向上させることができる。特に、本実施形態の排気浄化システム1においては、排ガス中に噴射した還元剤の拡散性及び排ガス浄化性能を向上させることができる。
本実施形態は、図5A、5Bに示すように、排気攪拌装置10の組付部材10A、10Bの構成を変更した例である。
本実施形態は、図6に示すように、排気攪拌装置10の羽根部14の構成を変更した例である。
本実施形態は、図7A、7Bに示すように、排気攪拌装置10の羽根部14の構成を変更した例である。
本実施形態は、図8A、8Bに示すように、排気攪拌装置10の構成を変更した例である。
なお、本発明は、前述の実施形態に何ら限定されるものではなく、本発明を逸脱しない範囲において種々の態様で実施しうることはいうまでもない。
Claims (6)
- 排気流路を流れる排ガスを攪拌する排気攪拌装置であって、
前記排気流路を形成する流路部材の内面に配設された筒状の枠部と、
該枠部に対して径方向に架け渡すように配設された複数の支持部と、
前記枠部の中心軸及びその周囲を該枠部の軸方向において遮蔽する遮蔽部とを備え、
前記支持部は、前記枠部の中心軸から径方向外側に延びる一対の第1骨格部を有し、
前記枠部及び前記複数の支持部は、少なくとも複数の組付部材を組み付けて構成され、
該組付部材は、前記第1骨格部と、該第1骨格部の一端から弧状に延設され、前記枠部の一部を構成する第2骨格部とを有し、
前記組付部材における前記第1骨格部及び前記第2骨格部には、それぞれ前記第1骨格部及び前記第2骨格部から突出して形成された羽根部が設けられていることを特徴とする排気攪拌装置。 - 前記組付部材は、前記一対の第1骨格部を有する前記支持部と、該支持部の両端からそれぞれ弧状に延設された一対の前記第2骨格部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気攪拌装置。
- 前記組付部材は、前記一対の第1骨格部にそれぞれ設けられた前記羽根部が同一の形状であり、前記一対の第2骨格部にそれぞれ設けられた前記羽根部が同一の形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の排気攪拌装置。
- 前記複数の組付部材は、前記第1骨格部に設けられた前記羽根部がすべて同一の形状であり、前記第2骨格部に設けられた前記羽根部がすべて同一の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気攪拌装置。
- 前記組付部材は、1つの金属板部材により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の排気攪拌装置。
- 前記複数の支持部は、前記枠部の周方向において前記支持部間の距離が等間隔となるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排気攪拌装置。
