Description
Claims (11)
- 車両の内燃機関の排ガス設備用の排ガス処理装置であって、
ハウジング長手方向軸線(L)の方向に長く延びるハウジング(12)と、
該ハウジング(12)内に配置された排ガス処理ユニット(18)と、
前記ハウジング(12)の軸方向において開放した軸方向端部領域(16)に、流れ接続している少なくとも1つの第1の排ガス案内装置(24)と、を有し、
該第1の排ガス案内装置(24)は、前記ハウジング(12)の外側(22)に沿って延びる第1の流路領域(38)と、該第1の流路領域(38)を前記ハウジング(12)の前記軸方向において開放した軸方向端部領域(16)に接続する第2の流路領域(47)と、を提供しており、
前記第1の排ガス案内装置(24)は、前記ハウジング(12)の前記外側(22)に配置されたハーフシェル状の第1の排ガス案内エレメント(26)を有し、
前記第1の流路領域(38)は、前記第1の排ガス案内エレメント(26)によって少なくとも部分的に画定されており、
前記第1の排ガス案内エレメント(26)は、前記ハウジング(12)の前記外側(22)に固定されており、これによって前記第1の流路領域(38)は、前記第1の排ガス案内エレメント(26)と前記ハウジング(12)とによって画定されているか、または
前記ハウジング(12)の前記外側(22)に、第2の排ガス案内エレメント(30)が固定されており、前記第1の排ガス案内エレメント(26)は、前記第2の排ガス案内エレメント(30)に、および/または前記ハウジング(12)の前記外側(22)に固定されており、これによって前記第1の流路領域(38)は、前記第1の排ガス案内エレメント(26)および前記第2の排ガス案内エレメント(30)によって画定されており、
前記ハウジング(12)の前記軸方向において開放した軸方向端部領域(16)を閉鎖しかつ前記第2の流路領域(47)を少なくとも部分的に画定する、フード状の第3の排ガス案内エレメント(46)が、設けられており、
前記第3の排ガス案内エレメント(46)は、前記ハウジング(12)の周囲領域において、前記第2の流路領域(47)を前記第1の流路領域(38)の前記第1の軸方向端部領域(40)に接続するために、半径方向外側に向かって前記ハウジング(12)を越えて突出しており、かつ前記ハウジング(12)および前記第1の排ガス案内エレメント(26)を、その外側において軸方向において覆っていて、前記第3の排ガス案内エレメント(46)は、前記第1の排ガス案内エレメント(26)と前記ハウジング(12)の前記軸方向において開放した軸方向端部領域(16)とを、半径方向において覆うようになっている、排ガス処理装置。 - 前記第1の流路領域(38)は、前記ハウジング長手方向軸線(L)の方向において前記ハウジング(12)の前記外側(22)に沿って案内されており、かつ/または前記第1の流路領域(38)は、前記ハウジング(12)の前記軸方向において開放した軸方向端部領域(16)の軸方向領域に配置された第1の軸方向端部領域(40)を、および/または前記ハウジング(12)の他方の軸方向端部領域(14)の領域において軸方向に配置された第2の軸方向端部領域(42)を有している、請求項1記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記第1の流路領域(38)の前記第2の軸方向端部領域(42)において前記第1の流路領域(38)に開口する流れ案内管(44)が設けられている、請求項2記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記ハウジング(12)は、2つの、軸方向において開放した軸方向端部領域(14,16)を有し、前記ハウジング(12)の前記両軸方向端部領域(14,16)のうちの少なくとも1つに対応配置されて、当該軸方向端部領域(14)に流れ接続している第1の排ガス案内装置(24)が設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記ハウジング(12)の前記両軸方向端部領域(14,16)のうちの1つに対応配置されて、第2の排ガス案内装置(49)が設けられており、該第2の排ガス案内装置(49)は、前記ハウジング(12)の当該軸方向端部領域(14)を閉鎖する第4の排ガス案内エレメント(50)を有している、請求項4記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記第4の排ガス案内エレメント(50)は、ホッパ状である、請求項5記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記第1の排ガス案内装置(24)は、前記排ガス処理ユニット(18)の上流側に配置されており、前記第2の排ガス案内装置(49)は、前記排ガス処理ユニット(18)の下流側に配置されている、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記第1の排ガス案内装置(24)は、前記排ガス処理ユニット(18)の下流側に配置されており、前記第2の排ガス案内装置(49)は、前記排ガス処理ユニット(18)の上流側に配置されている、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記ハウジング(12)の前記軸方向端部領域(14,16)のそれぞれに対応配置されて、当該軸方向端部領域に流れ接続している第1の排ガス案内装置(24)がそれぞれ設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記排ガス処理ユニット(18)は、触媒構成群および/または微粒子フィルタ構成群を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 車両の内燃機関用の排ガス設備であって、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の、排ガス流れ方向において貫流可能な排ガス処理装置(10)を有している、排ガス設備。
