Description

Claims (10)
- 内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタであって:
閉口端部および開口端部を有するエアフィルタと;
外周および外面を有する第1係合部材を設けた第1端部と、該第1係合部材の外周よりも小径の外周を有する第2係合部材を設けた第2端部を備え、前記第2係合部材が内面を有する径違い継手を備え;
前記径違い継手の第1係合部材が前記エアフィルタの開口端部に取付けられてなり;
前記第2係合部材の内面が吸気管の外面に接触可能であると共に、前記第1係合部材の外面がハウジングに接触可能であることにより、前記エアフィルタが前記ハウジング内に配置され、かつ、空気が当該ハウジングを通過してから前記エアフィルタおよび前記吸気管内を通過可能である、内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタ。 - 前記第1係合部材を前記第2係合部材に接続する胴部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタ。
- 内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタおよびアセンブリであって:
吸気口および開口部を有するハウジングと;
インタフェースエアフィルタを備え、該インタフェースエアフィルタが、
・閉口端部および開口端部を有するエアフィルタを備えると共に、
・外周および外面を有する第1係合部材を設けた第1端部と、該第1係合部材の外周よりも小径の外周を有する第2係合部材を設けた第2端部を備え、前記第2係合部材が内面を有する径違い継手を備え;
・前記第1端部が前記エアフィルタの開口端部に取付けられてなり;
前記エアフィルタが前記ハウジング内にあり、該ハウジングの開口部内に配設された前記第1係合部材が該ハウジングと実質的に気密に接触してなり;
前記第2係合部材の内面が、吸気管の外面に対して気密に接触可能であり、空気が、吸気口から前記ハウジングを通過してから前記エアフィルタおよび前記吸気管内を通過可能である、内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタおよびアセンブリ。 - 前記第1係合部材の外面に、前記ハウジングを係合するための複数の円周リッジを配設してなる、請求項3に記載の内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタおよびアセンブリ。
- 前記第2係合部材の内面に複数の円周リッジを備える、請求項3に記載の内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタおよびアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングが一体構造として成形された、請求項3に記載の内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタおよびアセンブリ。
- 内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタおよびアセンブリであって:
吸気口および開口部を備えるハウジングと;
インタフェースエアフィルタを備え、該インタフェースエアフィルタが、
・閉口端部および開口端部を有するエアフィルタを備えると共に、
・外周および外面を有する第1係合部材を設けた第1端部と、該第1係合部材の外周よりも小径の外周を有する第2係合部材を設けた第2端部を備え、前記第2係合部材が内面を有する径違い継手を備え;
・前記径違い継手の第1端部が前記エアフィルタの開口端部に取付けられてなり;
前記エアフィルタは前記ハウジング内にあり、該ハウジングの開口部内に配設された前記第1係合部材が該ハウジングと実質的に気密に接触してなり;
前記第1係合部材を前記ハウジングに固定する手段を備え;
前記第2係合部材の内面が、吸気管の外面に実質的に気密に接触可能であり、空気が、吸気口から前記ハウジングを通過してから前記エアフィルタおよび前記吸気管内を通過可能である、内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタおよびアセンブリ。 - 前記第1係合部材を前記ハウジングに固定する手段がクランプである、請求項7に記載の内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタおよびアセンブリ。
- 内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタであって:
閉口端部および開口端部を備えるエアフィルタと;
第1係合端部と第2係合端部とを有し、該第1係合端部が前記エアフィルタの前記開口端部に固定される径違い継手と;
第1係合部材をハウジングに固定する手段と;
第2係合部材を吸気管に固定する手段と、
を備える、内燃機関用インタフェースエアフィルタ。 - 開口端部を有するエアフィルタ、エアフィルタハウジングおよび内燃機関の吸気管に用いられる径違い継手であって:
前記エアフィルタの開口端部に連結可能な第1係合部材を備え、該第1係合部材は、ハウジングにも連結可能であり、該第1係合部材が前記ハウジングに連結しているとき、前記エアフィルタは該ハウジング内にあり;
前記吸気管と連結可能な第2係合部材をさらに備え;
前記内燃機関の運転中に、空気が前記ハウジングに入り、前記フィルタおよび前記径違い継手を通過してから前記吸気管内を通過する、径違い継手。
