図1を参照して本発明の実施例による電気充電装置を説明する。
図2を参照して本発明の実施例によるリレー、加速度センサ及び制御部を説明する。
図3を参照してスイッチのオン/オフによるリレー110の振動による加速度センシング信号の波形を説明する。
図4を参照して本発明の実施例による電気充電装置の故障判断方法を説明する。
制御部130は感知したA1,A2及びT値それぞれの値をそれぞれの正常範囲と比較する(S103)。
Claims (12)
- 電気充電装置において、
スイッチのスイッチングによって前記電気充電装置の内部に電流を流すリレーと、
前記リレーの振動を感知して加速度センシング信号を発生する加速度センサと、
前記加速度センサの加速度センシング信号の波形を分析して前記電気充電装置の故障を感知する制御部と、を含み、
前記スイッチの状態が変更される途中で前記加速度センシング信号の波形は小振動区間、大振動区間を順次に含み、
前記制御部は、前記小信号区間のピーク値、前記大振動区間のピーク値、前記小振動区間のピーク値から前記大振動区間のピーク値までかかる時間のうち少なくともいずれか一つのファクタに基づいて前記電気充電装置の故障を感知する
電気充電装置。 - 前記加速度センサは前記リレーに付着されて前記リレーの振動を感知する、
請求項1に記載の電気充電装置。 - 前記リレーが正常である際の前記波形のファクタの正常範囲を記憶するメモリを更に含む、請求項1に記載の電気充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、現在の前記小信号区間のピーク値、大振動区間のピーク値又は前記小振動区間のピーク値から前記大振動区間のピーク値までかかる時間のうち少なくともいずれか一つのファクタを前記正常範囲と比較し、前記ファクタが前記正常範囲の外にあれば前記電気充電装置の故障を感知する、
請求項3に記載の電気充電装置。 - 前記正常範囲は、前記リレーが正常動作中である際の前記小振動区間中でのピーク値の正常範囲、大振動区間中でのピーク値の正常範囲又は前記小振動区間中でのピーク値から前記大振動区間中でのピーク値までかかる時間の正常範囲のうち少なくともいずれか一つである、
請求項4に記載の電気充電装置。 - 前記制御部は前記電気充電装置の故障を感知すると、ユーザに通知するか前記電気充電装置の充電を中止する、
請求項1に記載の電気充電装置。 - 電気充電装置の故障判断方法であって、
リレーに具備されるスイッチのスイッチングによって前記電気充電装置の内部に電流を流すステップと、
加速度センサによって前記リレーの振動を感知して加速度センシング信号を発生するステップと、
前記加速度センサの加速度センシング信号の波形を分析して前記電気充電装置の故障を感知するステップと、を含み、
前記スイッチの状態が変更される途中に前記加速度センシング信号の波形は小振動区間、大振動区間を順次に含み、
前記故障を感知するステップは、前記小信号区間のピーク値、前記大振動区間のピーク値、前記小振動区間のピーク値から前記大振動区間のピーク値までかかる時間のうち少なくともいずれか一つのファクタに基づいて前記電気充電装置の故障を感知するステップを含む電気充電装置の故障判断方法。 - 前記加速度センサは前記リレーに付着されて前記リレーの振動を感知する、
請求項7に記載の電気充電装置の故障判断方法。 - 前記リレーが正常である際の前記波形のファクタの正常範囲をメモリに記憶するステップを更に含む、請求項7に記載の電気充電装置の故障判断方法。
- 前記故障を感知するステップは、現在の前記小信号区間のピーク値、大振動区間のピーク値又は前記小振動区間のピーク値から前記大振動区間のピーク値までかかる時間のうち少なくともいずれか一つのファクタを前記正常範囲と比較し、前記ファクタが前記正常範囲の外にあれば前記電気充電装置の故障を感知するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の電気充電装置の故障判断方法。
- 前記正常範囲は、前記リレーが正常動作中である際の前記小振動区間中でのピーク値の正常範囲、大振動区間中でのピーク値の正常範囲又は前記小振動区間中でのピーク値から前記大振動区間中でのピーク値までかかる時間の正常範囲のうち少なくともいずれか一つである、
請求項10に記載の電気充電装置の故障判断方法。 - 前記電気充電装置の故障が感知されると、
ユーザに通知するか前記電気充電装置の充電を中止するステップを更に含む、請求項7に記載の電気充電装置の故障判断方法。
