Abstract
【解決手段】混合した植物と土砂とを分離する方法であって、植物と土砂との混合物1を、衝撃式の粉砕脱水機20に投入して衝撃により粉砕すると共に脱水する工程と、衝撃式の粉砕脱水機20で粉砕されると共に脱水された混合物の粒子2を、サイクロン式の分級機30に投入して、植物の粒子4と土砂の粒子3とに分級する工程とを備える。

Claims (5)
- 混合した植物と土砂とを分離する方法であって、
植物と土砂との混合物を、衝撃式粉砕脱水機に投入して衝撃により粉砕すると共に脱水する工程と、
前記衝撃式粉砕脱水機で粉砕されると共に脱水された前記混合物を、サイクロン分級機に投入して、植物の粒子と土砂の粒子とに分級する工程と
を備える混合した植物と土砂との分離方法。 - 前記サイクロン分級機から前記植物の粒子を運ぶ空気流を、流路を一部を空けて遮る壁で変化させ、前記植物の粒子を該壁に衝突させることで、前記植物の粒子を空気流から分離して回収する請求項1に記載の混合した植物と土砂との分離方法。
- 前記サイクロン分級機から前記植物の粒子を運ぶ空気流を、流路断面積が拡大する拡大部により減速させ、前記植物の粒子を該拡大部から下方に落下させることで、前記植物の粒子を空気流から分離して回収する請求項1に記載の混合した植物と土砂との分離方法。
- 前記サイクロン分級機から前記植物の粒子を運ぶ空気流を、多孔材で形成された回転体を通過させ、前記植物の粒子を前記回転体で捕獲して排出路へ送ることで、前記植物の粒子を空気流から分離して回収する請求項1に記載の混合した植物と土砂との分離方法。
- 前記衝撃式粉砕脱水機は、複数の部材が回転軸から放射方向に延びる回転体を備え、該回転体の回転中に前記複数の部材が前記混合物に与える衝撃により、前記混合物を粉砕すると共に脱水する請求項1から請求項4までの何れか1項に記載の混合した植物と土砂との分離方法。
