Abstract
【解決手段】 電動車両C1に搭載された蓄電池B1への電力供給、または蓄電池B1との間での電力授受を行う電力変換器1と、電力変換器1に一端を接続した電気ケーブル2と、電気ケーブル2の他端に設けられて、電動車両C1のインレット4に着脱可能に接続するコネクタ3と、コネクタ3内に設けられ、電力変換器1と電動車両C1との間に電気ケーブル2を介して形成された給電路を導通・遮断するコネクタ側遮断器3aとを備え、コネクタ3は、電動車両C1に異常が発生した場合にコネクタ側遮断器3aをオフさせる遮断制御部3bを有する。

Description
(1)CAN通信によって電力変換器101に出力電流のゼロ指示値を送信する。
(2)CAN通信によって電力変換器101にエラー信号を送信する。
(3)トランジスタTr21をオフして、充電禁止のアナログ信号を電力変換器101に送信する。
(4)制御リレー211をオフさせて車両側遮断器M100をオフさせる。
ことによって、充電電流の供給を停止させる。
図2は、本実施形態の車両用電力装置の概略構成を示す。車両用電力装置は、電気自動車(EV)やプラグインハイブリッド車(PHEV)などの電動車両C1に搭載している蓄電池B1の充電電力を供給して、蓄電池B1を充電する。さらに、車両用電力装置は、蓄電池B1の放電電力を電力変換して図示しない負荷へ供給する。すなわち、車両用電力装置は、双方向の電力変換機能を有する充放電器である。
本実施形態の車両用電力装置は、図3に示すように、アナログ線Wa1を削除し、電気ケーブル2のアナログ線Wa2を、コネクタ3のNOR回路311の入力ではなく、NOR回路311の出力に接続した点が実施形態1とは異なる。
本実施形態の車両用電力装置は、図4に示すように、インレット4を介した信号伝送路S1,アナログ線Wa1,Wa2を削除し、電気ケーブル2にアナログ線Wa5を設けた点が、実施形態1とは異なる。なお、実施形態1と同様の構成には同一の符号を付して説明は省略する。
本実施形態の車両用電力装置は、図5に示すように、アナログ線Wa1,Wa2を削除し、異常検出部3cの出力が、インレット4を介した信号伝送路S3(第3の信号伝送路)によって電動車両C1の制御部5aに接続している点が、実施形態1とは異なる。なお、実施形態1と同様の構成には同一の符号を付して説明は省略する。

Claims (4)
- 電動車両に搭載された蓄電池への電力供給、または前記蓄電池との間での電力授受を行う電力変換器と、
前記電力変換器に一端を接続した電気ケーブルと、
前記電気ケーブルの他端に設けられて、前記電動車両のインレットに着脱可能に接続するコネクタと、
前記コネクタ内に設けられ、前記電力変換器と前記電動車両との間に前記電気ケーブルを介して形成された給電路を導通・遮断するコネクタ側遮断器とを備え、
前記コネクタは、前記電動車両に異常が発生した場合に前記コネクタ側遮断器をオフさせる遮断制御部を有する
ことを特徴とする車両用電力装置。 - 前記遮断制御部は、前記インレットを介した第1の信号伝送路を用いて前記電動車両から車両異常信号を受信し、前記車両異常信号を受信したときに前記コネクタ側遮断器をオフすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用電力装置。
- 前記電力変換器は、前記電気ケーブル、前記コネクタ、前記インレットを介した通信路を用いて前記電動車両との間で通信し、
前記遮断制御部は、前記電気ケーブルを介した第2の信号伝送路を用いて前記電力変換器から信号を受信し、
前記電力変換器は、前記通信路を用いて前記電動車両から車両異常通知を受信した場合、前記第2の信号伝送路を介して遮断信号を送信し、
前記遮断制御部は、前記遮断信号を受信したときに前記コネクタ側遮断器をオフする
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用電力装置。 - 前記電力変換器は、前記電気ケーブル、前記コネクタ、前記インレットを介した通信路を用いて前記電動車両との間で通信し、
前記コネクタは、前記コネクタの異常が発生した場合、前記インレットを介した第3の信号伝送路を介してコネクタ異常信号を前記電動車両へ送信し、
前記電力変換器は、前記コネクタ異常信号を受信した前記電動車両が前記通信路を介して送信するコネクタ異常通知を受信する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか記載の車両用電力装置。
