【解決手段】圧電/電歪素子100は、圧電体10(基板の一例)と、第1密着層20(密着層の一例)と、第1導電層30(導電層の一例)と、第1アンカー部40(アンカー部の一例)と、を備える。圧電体10は、セラミックスを主成分として含有する。第1密着層20は、圧電体10の第1主面10S(主面の一例)上に形成され、金属酸化物を主成分として含有する。第1導電層30は、第1密着層20上に形成される。第1アンカー部40は、第1密着層20上に形成され第1導電層30に食い込む。第1アンカー部40は、ガラスを主成分として含有する。

Description
圧電/電歪素子100の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、圧電/電歪素子の構成を示す断面図である。図2は、図1の部分拡大図である。
次に、圧電/電歪素子100の製造方法について説明する。
圧電/電歪素子100は、圧電体10(基板の一例)と、第1密着層20(密着層の一例)と、第1導電層30(導電層の一例)と、第1アンカー部40(アンカー部の一例)と、を備える。圧電体10は、セラミックスを主成分として含有する。第1密着層20は、圧電体10の第1主面10S(主面の一例)上に形成され、金属酸化物を主成分として含有する。第1導電層30は、第1密着層20上に形成される。第1アンカー部40は、第1密着層20上に形成され第1導電層30に食い込む。第1アンカー部40は、ガラスを主成分として含有する。
本発明は以上のような実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形又は変更が可能である。
以下のようにして、サンプルNo.1、3〜20を作製した。
以下のようにして、サンプルNo.2を作製した。
各サンプルのAu膜表面を針先で引っかいて、その引っかき傷を光学顕微鏡で確認した。Au膜の剥離状態を表1にまとめて示す。

Claims (8)
- セラミックスを主成分として含有する基板と、
前記基板の主面上に形成され、金属酸化物を主成分として含有する密着層と、
前記密着層上に形成される第1導電層と、
前記密着層上に形成され前記導電層に食い込んでおり、ガラスを主成分として含有するアンカー部と、
前記基板を挟んで前記第1導電層の反対側に配置される第2導電層と、
を備える圧電/電歪素子。 - 前記密着層が含有する金属酸化物は、酸化ビスマス、酸化鉛及び酸化バナジウムの少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項1に記載の圧電/電歪素子。 - 前記アンカー部が含有するガラスは、酸化シリコン及び酸化ホウ素を含む、
請求項1又は2に記載の圧電/電歪素子。 - 前記アンカー部におけるシリコンのホウ素に対する重量濃度比は、2.5以上である、
請求項3に記載の圧電/電歪素子。 - 前記アンカー部は、前記導電層の結晶粒の三重点に位置する、
請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の圧電/電歪素子。 - 前記基板が含有するセラミックスは、鉛系圧電セラミックスである、
請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の圧電/電歪素子。 - 前記導電層は、金、銀、銅及び白金の少なくとも1つを主成分として含有する、
請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の圧電/電歪素子。 - セラミックスを主成分として含有する基板と、
前記基板の主面上に形成され、金属酸化物を主成分として含有する密着層と、
前記密着層上に形成される導電層と、
前記密着層上に形成され前記導電層に食い込んでおり、ガラスを主成分として含有するアンカー部と、
を備える配線基板。
