【解決手段】車両用パーキング装置は、パーキングギヤの噛み合う位置からパーキングギヤの噛み合いを解除する位置まで移動駆動されるパーキングロッドと、前記パーキングロッドを移動駆動する回動レバーと、前記回動レバーを回動駆動する駆動装置と、前記回動駆動と反対方向に前記回動レバーを付勢する弾性体と、係止部を有し、当該係止部は前記噛み合う位置にて前記回動レバーの回動径方向の端面に設けられた被係止部に係合する係止手段と、を有する

パーキングギヤの噛み合う位置からパーキングギヤの噛み合いを解除する位置まで移動駆動されるパーキングロッドと、
前記パーキングロッドを移動駆動する回動レバーと、
前記回動レバーを回動駆動する駆動装置と、
前記回動駆動と反対方向に前記回動レバーを付勢する弾性体と、
係止部を有し、当該係止部は前記噛み合う位置にて前記回動レバーの回動径方向の端面に設けられた被係止部に係合する係止手段と、を有する。

Claims (6)
- パーキングギヤの噛み合う位置からパーキングギヤの噛み合いを解除する位置まで移動駆動されるパーキングロッドと、
前記パーキングロッドを移動駆動する回動レバーと、
前記回動レバーを回動駆動する駆動装置と、
前記回動駆動と反対方向に前記回動レバーを付勢する弾性体と、
係止部を有し、当該係止部は前記噛み合う位置にて前記回動レバーの回動径方向の端面に設けられた被係止部に係合する係止手段と、を有する
車両用パーキング装置。 - 前記係止部は、板状弾性体の先端側に設けられた突起であり、
前記被係止部は、溝部であり、
前記板状弾性体は、前記噛み合う位置にて前記溝部に係合する前記突起を前記回動レバーの回動中心方向に付勢するディテントスプリングである、
請求項1又は2に記載のパーキング装置。 - 前記回動レバーの前記端面は、前記回動レバーの回動軸方向から見て、回動軸を中心とした円弧形状をなしている、
請求項2に記載の車両用パーキング装置。 - 前記駆動装置は、油圧により前記パーキングロッドが前記噛み合う位置から前記噛み合いを解除する位置まで移動されるように前記回動レバーを回動駆動する油圧ピストンである、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用パーキング装置。 - 前記弾性体は、前記油圧ピストンが内挿されるシリンダ部材の内部に設けられたコイルばねであり、前記油圧による前記油圧ピストンの移動に伴い蓄勢されるように設けられている、
請求項4に記載の車両用パーキング装置。 - 近接した自動変速機のケース内面と前記自動変速機の油圧回路を構成するバルブボディとの間に、前記回動レバーの回動軸部を含む前記回動レバーの少なくとも一部が配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至5に記載の車両用パーキング装置。
