Abstract
【解決手段】タッチパネル内蔵型表示装置は、第1基板10と、第2基板12と、第1基板10及び第2基板12の間に形成された複数の画素電極30と、第1基板10及び第2基板12の間に形成された複数のコモン電極34と、第1基板10に形成された複数の検出電極38と、を有する。複数の画素電極30及び複数のコモン電極34の間に生じる電界を利用した光の制御で画像を表示する。いずれかの検出電極38及びいずれかのコモン電極34の間に形成される電界を遮る物質の有無による静電容量の差によってタッチの有無を検出する。それぞれの検出電極38は、貫通穴38aを有する。

Claims (5)
- 第1基板と、
第2基板と、
前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の間に形成された複数の画素電極と、
前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の間に形成された複数のコモン電極と、
前記第1基板に形成された複数の検出電極と、
を有し、
前記複数の画素電極及び前記複数のコモン電極の間に生じる電界を利用した光の制御で画像を表示し、
いずれかの前記検出電極及びいずれかの前記コモン電極の間に形成される電界を遮る物質の有無による静電容量の差によってタッチの有無を検出し、
それぞれの前記検出電極は、貫通穴を有することを特徴とするタッチパネル内蔵型表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載されたタッチパネル内蔵型表示装置において、
前記貫通穴の内側に、電気的にフローティング状態のランド部を有することを特徴とするタッチパネル内蔵型表示装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載されたタッチパネル内蔵型表示装置において、
前記複数の検出電極は、隣同士の間隔をあけて配列され、
隣同士の前記検出電極の間に、電気的にフローティング状態のダミー電極を有し、
前記ダミー電極は、ダミー貫通穴を有することを特徴とするタッチパネル内蔵型表示装置。 - 請求項3に記載されたタッチパネル内蔵型表示装置において、
前記ダミー貫通穴の内側に、電気的にフローティング状態のダミーランド部を有することを特徴とするタッチパネル内蔵型表示装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載されたタッチパネル内蔵型表示装置において、
前記複数のコモン電極は、横方向に延びて隣同士が縦方向に並び、
前記複数の検出電極は、前記縦方向に延びて隣同士が前記横方向に並ぶことを特徴とするタッチパネル内蔵型表示装置。
