Abstract
【解決手段】減衰手段が、気流方向において消音器ハウジングへとスライド挿入可能な減衰体(2,21〜26)を有し、該減衰体は気流方向において穿孔されており、従って気流方向に延在する複数の穴(27)を有し、且つ、気流方向(F)において前後に並んで配置されている複数の減衰マット(21〜26)に分割されている。

Claims (15)
- 前面側の流入開口部(11)と背面側の流出開口部(12)との間の気流通路を包囲している管状の消音器ハウジング(10)を有する、排ガスターボチャージャーのコンプレッサの吸気側における消音器(1)であって、
前記消音器を通過する気流は、前記流入開口部の中心点から流出開口部の中心点へと配向されている(F)、消音器(1)において、
減衰手段が、気流方向において前記消音器ハウジングへとスライド挿入可能な減衰体(2,21〜26)を有し、該減衰体は気流方向において穿孔されており、従って気流方向に延在する複数の穴(27)を有し、且つ、気流方向(F)において前後に並んで配置されている複数の減衰マット(21〜26)に分割されている、ことを特徴とする、消音器(1)。 - 位置決め手段が、前記消音器ハウジング(10)に関する前記減衰体(2)の角度位置を、前記気流方向(F)に対して垂直な方向において決定する、請求項1に記載の消音器(1)。
- 位置決め手段が、前記減衰マット(21〜26)の位置を、該減衰マット(21〜26)の穴開き部に関して、相互に相対的に決定する、請求項1に記載の消音器(1)。
- 前記位置決め手段は、前記消音器ハウジング内に前記減衰体を保持するための保持板に及び/又は前記消音器ハウジングに固定されたピン、並びに、該ピンのために設けられている、前記減衰体内又は前記減衰マット内の位置決め孔を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の消音器。
- 前記穴(27)は、前記減衰体において相互に異なる断面を有している、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の消音器。
- 前記気流通路の縁部領域の減衰体における穴は、前記気流通路の中心部の減衰体における穴よりも大きい断面を有している、請求項5に記載の消音器。
- 前記気流通路の縁部領域の減衰体における穴は、前記気流通路の中心部の減衰体における穴よりも小さい断面を有している、請求項5に記載の消音器。
- 前記穴(27)は、前記気流通路の中心を起点として放射状に延びる線上で合算される穴の面積の割合が前記線の角度に依存せずに一定の値を有するように、前記減衰体に配置されている、及び/又は、前記減衰体において相互に異なる断面積を有している、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の消音器。
- 前記減衰体における前記穴の内の少なくとも一つは、気流方向において可変の断面を有している、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の消音器。
- 前記穴の内の少なくとも一つは、気流方向において、該穴の流入開口部から流出開口部へと延びる見通し線を有さないように、前記気流方向から偏向されて延在している、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の消音器。
- 前記減衰体及び該減衰体の領域における前記消音器ハウジングは、円形、楕円形又は多角形の断面を有している、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の消音器。
- 前記減衰体の領域における前記消音器ハウジングは、該消音器ハウジングの前記流出開口部の面積よりも大きい断面積を有している、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の消音器。
- 前記減衰体は、穿孔された少なくとも一つの保持板(31,32)によって、前記消音器ハウジング内に保持される。請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の消音器。
- 前記消音器ハウジングはフィルタを有している、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の消音器。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の減衰体を有している、排ガスターボチャージャー。
