Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施形態に係るショベルは、下部走行体1と、下部走行体1に旋回自在に搭載される上部旋回体3と、上部旋回体3に搭載される複数のキャパシタセル19−1〜19−nを有するキャパシタ19と、キャパシタ19の充放電を制御するコントローラ30と、キャパシタセル19−nのセル電圧を測定する電圧測定部149−nとを備え、電圧測定部149−nの出力は、コントローラ30に送信される。

Claims (15)
- 下部走行体と、
前記下部走行体に旋回自在に搭載される上部旋回体と、
前記上部旋回体上に一端が回動自在に取り付けられたブームと、
前記ブームの他端に一端が回動自在に取り付けられたアームと、
前記アームの他端に回動可能に取り付けられた作業要素と、
前記上部旋回体に搭載される複数の蓄電セルを有する蓄電器と、
前記蓄電器の充放電を制御するコントローラと、
前記複数の蓄電セルのセル電圧をそれぞれ測定する複数の電圧測定部と、を備え、
前記セル電圧の情報が前記コントローラに送信される、
ショベル。 - 前記コントローラは、キーオン中に同じ条件で測定された前記複数の蓄電セルのセル電圧に基づいてセル電圧の均等化の要否を判定する、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記コントローラは、キーオン中の所定時間に亘り前記蓄電器の充放電がないと判断する場合には、該所定時間中に測定される前記複数の蓄電セルのセル電圧にバラツキがあると判断したときに、セル電圧の均等化が必要と判定する、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記コントローラは、セル電圧の均等化が必要と判定した場合、前記複数の蓄電セルのうち、セル電圧が所定電圧以上の蓄電セルを放電する、
請求項2又は3に記載のショベル。 - 前記コントローラは、キーオン中の所定時間に亘り前記蓄電器の充放電がないと判断する度に、該所定時間中に測定される前記複数の蓄電セルのセル電圧に基づいてセル電圧の均等化の要否を判定する、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記コントローラは、セル電圧の均等化が必要と判定した場合、前記蓄電器の充放電を行っているときに、前記複数の蓄電セルのうち、セル電圧が所定電圧以上の蓄電セルを放電する、
請求項2又は3に記載のショベル。 - 前記コントローラは、セル電圧の均等化が必要と判定した場合、前記蓄電器の充放電を行っていないときに、前記複数の蓄電セルのうち、セル電圧が所定電圧以上の蓄電セルのセル電圧を均等化する、
請求項2又は3に記載のショベル。 - 前記蓄電器と、
前記複数の電圧測定部から前記セル電圧の情報を取得し、該取得した情報を前記コントローラに出力する均等化制御部とを含む、蓄電装置を更に有する、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記複数の蓄電セルを直列に接続した複数のセルのグループ毎に前記均等化制御部が設けられている、
請求項8に記載のショベル。 - 前記電圧測定部は、前記蓄電器を含む蓄電装置の内部に配置され、
前記コントローラは、ショベルの駆動制御を行う駆動装置であり、前記蓄電装置とは別に設けられている、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記コントローラは、前記セル電圧の均等化動作の情報に基づいて、ショベルの駆動制御を行う、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 下部走行体と、前記下部走行体に旋回自在に搭載される上部旋回体と、前記上部旋回体上に一端が回動自在に取り付けられたブームと、前記ブームの他端に一端が回動自在に取り付けられたアームと、前記アームの他端に回動可能に取り付けられた作業要素と、前記上部旋回体に搭載される複数の蓄電セルを有する蓄電器と、前記蓄電器の充放電を制御するコントローラと、前記複数の蓄電セルのセル電圧をそれぞれ測定する複数の電圧測定部と、を備えるショベルの制御方法であって、
前記セル電圧の情報を前記コントローラに送信するステップを有する、
制御方法。 - 前記コントローラは、キーオン中に前記複数の蓄電セルのセル電圧を同じ条件で測定するステップと、測定されたセル電圧に基づいてセル電圧の均等化の要否を判定するステップと、を有する、
請求項12に記載の制御方法。 - 前記コントローラは、キーオン中の所定時間に亘り前記蓄電器の充放電がない状態が継続するか否かを判断するステップと、
前記蓄電器の充放電がない状態が継続したと判断されると、該所定時間中に測定される前記複数の蓄電セルのセル電圧におけるバラツキの有無を判断するステップと、
前記セル電圧におけるバラツキがあると判断されると、セル電圧の均等化を行うと判定するステップと、を有する、
請求項12又は13に記載の制御方法。 - 前記蓄電器を含む蓄電装置に設けられた均等化制御部が、前記複数の電圧測定部から前記セル電圧の情報を取得するステップを更に有し、前記送信するステップにおいては、前記均等化制御部が前記コントローラに前記取得した情報を出力する、
